Withdrawal times way to long. I have used many other sites over the years and when I get a withdrawal it's in my bank next day without fail. This company won't check the payment because they say it's 2-5 working days. If I know and use my bank as much as I do and say there is an issue they should check it out not argue with me to not do their job. Very disappointed with this sites customer service attitude feel like they just don't want to help you and read off a script.

I really feel I needed to write a positive review for this site, as a new customer making a few deposits and then making a withdrawal I was waiting for the usual long pending times and endless verification requests, I was quite shocked to check my bank account today (less than 18 hours after making my first withdrawal) and the money is already in.

Fun88 is one of the newest casinos added on AskGamblers and I joined them only few days ago. I was interested in them because they are powered by Nextgen Gaming along with few other softwares, but from them all Nextgen is my favorite. They also have sports bets and live casino, so I think lots of players can find things they would like there.
Registration was very fast, it took me less than a minute and I was ready to play. I have to say thumbs down for their promotions- I saw there was a 100% match welcome bonus, which is a standard offer, however, wagering of 30x deposit+ bonus makes it an offer I wouldn't take. But I have to say I liked that the minimum deposit in casino was only 5€. (For welcome bonuses the minimums were 20€). I made a 20€ deposit with Skrill and went to play Medusa slot. I played with 0.50€ bets and from the moment I started to play, my balance only went down, I never got up my initial balance. I had few 5x bet winnings and only once I had Pegasus bonus and it paid 3.50€ which was the highest winning in my session. So when my balance was little under 10€, I decided to switch the game to Call of the Colosseum. I think it wasn't the right decision, as I lost all of my balance in less than 10 minutes. All I got was empty spins or spins with bet size winnings.
I had a nice time at Fun88 casino and so far I have no complaints towards them. I think that they should improve their promotions so that there's something more than just welcome bonuses for first 3 deposits, and also if the variety of slots would be bigger, that would also be great. I think I will deposit there again sometime,the lobby looked great and for me they seem like a trustful casino.

I want to report and also want to submit a complaint on fun88 because they blocked my account permanently after giving unnecessary reasons without any proof. They're said to me to give all required documents after that they said to me to wait 5-7 days for documents verification. After waiting, I contacted them to proceed with my withdrawal but they're locking my account and said you violate our t&c and who breached our t&c then we can utilise their funds and also block their accounts. But I'm already said to them that I didn't do anything but they didn't try to Understand anything... pls #askgamblers team help me in this case!
