I want to report and also want to submit a complaint on fun88 because they blocked my account permanently after giving unnecessary reasons without any proof. They're said to me to give all required documents after that they said to me to wait 5-7 days for documents verification. After waiting, I contacted them to proceed with my withdrawal but they're locking my account and said you violate our t&c and who breached our t&c then we can utilise their funds and also block their accounts. But I'm already said to them that I didn't do anything but they didn't try to Understand anything... pls #askgamblers team help me in this case!

It has live games which is what I play on mostly but that's it. Sports book is ok too.

Withdrawal times way to long. I have used many other sites over the years and when I get a withdrawal it's in my bank next day without fail. This company won't check the payment because they say it's 2-5 working days. If I know and use my bank as much as I do and say there is an issue they should check it out not argue with me to not do their job. Very disappointed with this sites customer service attitude feel like they just don't want to help you and read off a script.

So when my balance was little under 10€, I decided to switch the game to Call of the Colosseum. I think it wasn't the right decision, as I lost all of my balance in less than 10 minutes.
