Casino slots are not available to US players. Therefore the deposit bonuses they offer mean basically nothing. They don't disclose that information head of time they just mention the fine print. the staff will tell us players to use a VPN service to change your location outside of the United States so you can play slots there. Their customer Service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They literally took months to resolve a problem I was having. They have very poor communication between one another. The games malfunctioned very often and they have technical problems posted on their site nearly once a week. Their bonus section was most recently not operational for a month long and they held many users funds while providing no details or any other information. I would strongly recommend avoiding this casino. Way too many problems.
