Hello, I am here to make a complaint against FashionTV Casino not paying me. At the beginning of August last year I made an account at FashionTV to try my luck and it paid out because I won big, 6579 to be exact. After that I tried, of course, to withdraw some of my winnings so I went for a 1500 eur withdrawal. I received an e-mail requesting documents so I sent them and shortly I was told that they were approved. FashionTV casino is one of the newest casino online, which I came across this casino, from one forum,having code with 5 euros free chip for trying their games. At first I didn't know anything about this casino, tried to google a bit, but since they were freshly added casino I couldn't find anything. I visited their site, just so I could see what software games they have and seeing Microgaming and Netent slots, I was more then thrilled to try this newly added casino.

When I looked at their gambling licence, I was kind of disappointed, just because having only Curacao one, I am always suspicious and was hoping to see at least Malta or UK gambling licence. First I talked to their live chat and first impression was a bit disappointing, because I was asking for the free chip offer and was waiting for 15 minutes or more, so the support can answer back.

Still I opened my account the free chip finally was added to my account so I can try their games. Having Microgaming was really nice news, but with tiny chip as 5 euros, I couldn't choose that much, so I played Starburst slot game. The wagering of this free bonus was X 60, so I had 300 euros to be wagered. The funny thing was while I played Starburst I managed to come to 25 euros and I think I wagered the bonus, but instead of cashing out so I can test their cash out period I continue with the same game and lost it all.

After I have played with that free bonus, maybe 2 weeks ago I decided to make deposit there and try my luck, so again with the live chat support, I must admit I saw much improvement, meaning that support was nice and friendly, explaining me everything I need to know. Their first deposit bonus is average one, but must say with a higher wagering requirements of X 30, but you need to wager the bonus plus the deposit made so, not so small wagering .

My first deposit was 30 euros, got the bonus right away, had a lot of fun with immortal Romance slot, which I was on 400 euros balance but at the end I lost it all. After that I received 25% reward from them as a good gesture from casino, so I got around 7 euros again, played Starburst slot and lost it all. So far so good with this casino, now will be waiting for cashing out news, from another members if anyone manage to make a withdraw from them.
