I played on this casino a over a month ago and gained a total balance of (about) 6000 euros. After I started to withdraw during august I got an unfortunate problem where I could only withdraw 800 euros a day and make a one request max per day (and 3 at the same time pending max).

Now after almost a month I have only received 800 euros of my money with large majority of my balance still on my account either in a pending state or as balance that I can’t even request to withdraw. These types of waiting times are insane and with this rate I will receive all of my money maybe during next year. It can’t seriously take a month for the casino to send 800 euros (which is only a small fraction of my money on the account).

I am submitting a complaint against Excitewin regarding two pending withdrawals.

On 06/09/2026, I requested a withdrawal of €900 to my Revolut account. The withdrawal is still showing as “In Bearbeitung” (In Progress).

On 08/09/2026, I requested another withdrawal of €400, also to my Revolut account. This withdrawal is also still showing as “In Bearbeitung” (In Progress).

The total amount currently pending is €1,300.

I have screenshots showing both withdrawal requests, including the dates, amounts, transaction IDs and their current status.

I would like Excitewin to explain why my withdrawals have not yet been processed and to complete the payments to my Revolut account as soon as possible.

I have fulfilled my obligations on the account and I am requesting the release of the funds that I have withdrawn.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this matter and to contact the casino regarding the delay.

I am submitting this complaint because my withdrawals have been delayed without any valid explanation.

I requested two withdrawals (€400 and €500) on 23 June 2026. Both withdrawals are still marked as “Under Review”.

My account has already been verified, and in the past, my withdrawals were always processed within approximately two days. This is the first time they have been delayed for such a long period.

I contacted customer support several times, but I only received generic responses stating that the withdrawals are under internal review. No specific reason has been provided, no additional documents have been requested, and no estimated processing time has been given.

I am asking ExciteWin to process my withdrawals immediately or clearly explain the reason for the delay and provide a specific timeframe for payment.

I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

I would like to submit a complaint against ExciteWin Casino regarding my pending withdrawal.

I requested a withdrawal of €500 via Revolut bank transfer on 22/05/2026. Since then, the withdrawal has remained in "Under Review" status and has not been approved or processed.

I have contacted the live chat support multiple times. Each time I receive the same response that my withdrawal will be processed soon, but no progress has been made and no clear explanation has been provided.

I would like to file a complaint against ExciteWin Casino regarding my pending withdrawals that were falsely marked as “completed”.

I have successfully withdrawn money from this casino in the past without any issues. However, since last week, every withdrawal I request is marked as completed in their system, while no money is arriving to my bank account.

Here are the key points:

• I currently have €1020 in my casino balance.

• I did not play this balance. I only attempted to withdraw it.

• The casino keeps telling me different excuses (“technical issues”, “payment provider error”, “try again”), but nothing is resolved.

• I received automated emails stating that my withdrawals were “completed”, but my bank confirmed no incoming transfers at all.

• Support agents from the casino are giving inconsistent information every day.

• This situation has been ongoing for more than a week.

I believe the casino is intentionally delaying or blocking my payout without any valid reason. I am fully verified (KYC complete), and all my information is correct.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to intervene and help me receive my money, as the casino is not providing a real explanation or solution.

Excitewin.com is trying to scam me out of my money, leaving me with a bad experience.

It's becoming so frustrating that I must cry out for your intervention on this matter.

My withdrawal of 75 USD with excitewin.com is currently 11 days old, and it seems I won't get paid if I fail to make this complaint.

According to their website terms and conditions, it was written that withdrawals take a maximum of 3 working days to get approved, but sadly, my withdrawal is currently over 10 days of endless waiting without being processed.

Each time I chat with them, their response are constantly the same, asking me to exercise patience without achieving anything at the end, making everything even more frustrating.

I requested a withdrawal 3 times and got rejected everytime without any reasoning. I chose the bank transfer option which they suggested but still no result. I lost thousands on this site and the withdrawal amount id 140000 HUF (~350 Euros) and they are not paying even such a small amount. So since 3 weeks almost they haven't paid and I never deposited or played on the site while my withdrawal is not being processed. Also now it’s even impossible to request a withdrawal cause I'm getting errors and failures on their site (depositing is 1 second and the system is perfect but withdrawal takes forever and always errors, issues so they don't pay).
