My withdrawal is delayed for 11 days

Excitewin.com is trying to scam me out of my money, leaving me with a bad experience.

It's becoming so frustrating that I must cry out for your intervention on this matter.

My withdrawal of 75 USD with excitewin.com is currently 11 days old, and it seems I won't get paid if I fail to make this complaint.

According to their website terms and conditions, it was written that withdrawals take a maximum of 3 working days to get approved, but sadly, my withdrawal is currently over 10 days of endless waiting without being processed.

Each time I chat with them, their response are constantly the same, asking me to exercise patience without achieving anything at the end, making everything even more frustrating.
