Withdrawal delays and decline

My withdrawal is being delayed and then declined after the delays.. I am awaiting for a resolution immediately since I request a withdrawal according to all rules and did it before (they also were delaying it for a month last time).. Its not fair that I deposit, play, lose money in just seconds but when I try to withdraw I face delays and unjustified declines for such small amount withdrawals compared to what we play in the casino..

140000 HUF. The initial deposit wad requested on 1 July and got declined without any justification! Its been a week and I re-requested a withdrawal, waiting for a solution to this issue immediately. Thank you in advance @AskGamblers.
I’m attaching screenshots related to the case as well (1st withdrawal was 150k HUF, declined without any reason and 2nd is 140k HUF - pending)
