I am submitting this complaint because my withdrawals have been delayed without any valid explanation.

I requested two withdrawals (€400 and €500) on 23 June 2026. Both withdrawals are still marked as “Under Review”.

My account has already been verified, and in the past, my withdrawals were always processed within approximately two days. This is the first time they have been delayed for such a long period.

I contacted customer support several times, but I only received generic responses stating that the withdrawals are under internal review. No specific reason has been provided, no additional documents have been requested, and no estimated processing time has been given.

I am asking ExciteWin to process my withdrawals immediately or clearly explain the reason for the delay and provide a specific timeframe for payment.

I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
