Withdrawal delay
I would like to submit a complaint against ExciteWin Casino regarding my pending withdrawal.
I requested a withdrawal of €500 via Revolut bank transfer on 22/05/2026. Since then, the withdrawal has remained in "Under Review" status and has not been approved or processed.
I have contacted the live chat support multiple times. Each time I receive the same response that my withdrawal will be processed soon, but no progress has been made and no clear explanation has been provided.
I have attached screenshots showing the withdrawal request, date, amount, and current status.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist in resolving this issue and help ensure that my withdrawal is processed.
