The verification process was a little annoying... They wanted things that didn't exist. I'm Canadian, we don't have INTERAC ACCOUNTS and the bank processes the payment through interac and it doesn't show up on our statement as GIGADAT until a few days. once we cleared this up it was all perfect, maybe now they understand about Canadian players and problem solved.

Some providers like realistic always show ZERO BALANCE , even without bonus? maybe i need to play in euros? dunno but some key games are not available

The support (staff) is unfortunately next to useless and bordering on rude. I have dealt with them on multiple occasions in which the extended waiting times lingered (>5 min). They have a scripted answer base that they conjure up left, right, and center. There is no or very little "real interaction" with chat support. Suffice to say that on all occasions Duxcasino support did not resolve my issue.
They also promised to get back to me by email, they did not. When I inquired about my issue over chat I was answered in the same standard responses as before. Certainly, an item that is up for improvement.
