I have been waiting 14 days for a £50 deposit that was declined but still taken from my bank
I have submitted a statement showing the £50 being taken from my bank and all i keep getting back is "thanks for your patience it is being handled by our payment dept"
I have sent loads of emails half i dont even get a reply from.
Why won't they give me back my money ?

We can't give you money back that we never received . We never received the second £50 you said has been taken from your account . We have been investigating this from the day you brought it to our attention but it takes time . Sending lots of emails isnt going to make it go faster.

We have spoken to the Company that processes the transactions between your Bank and us and they say that what you have sent so far has been of no help.What you have to do is supply us with evidence from your Bank that the funds actually left your account and were sent to us.

The online Statement you sent us before shows us one amount but with different times, it doesn't say approved or declined or pending or paid. In fact it shows nothing that is helping. . So please send us a Bank statement for the month showing withdrawals for every day or get a letter from your Bank saying that 2x £50 amounts were taken from your account and we will pass it to the processing Company.
