Allow registration and deposits from Portugal, but not withdrawals

Hello On the 8/09 i register at Diamond World Casino following the AskGamblers Link, where it clearly says that Portugal is allowed, i also read the terms and conditions and at the time i register nowhere in terms say that my country is not allowed So i made 2 deposits of 250€ on the 08/09 and manage to get my balance to 1300€ Today morning i receive a email saying that my account is Frozen and i need to send my docs, i did that Later Today i receive a reply saying that because im portuguese i cant play there (But is not writen anywhere) and that i only can withdraw my deposits voiding the remaining, i DID not brake any rule, they are stealing my winnings I consider this a scam, if i had loss they would offer nothing, but like my balance is higher than my deposits now im in a restricted country, I dont mind if they close my account, but they cant do it without paying me in full my Balance Long story short, i follow all rules, play with no bonus, nowhere was stated that my country is restricted, so this attitude is as rougue as it comes, im sure that a maltese license casino cant do this and get away with it

Account disabled without any further information, zero response from support

Hello On the 9 i registered at this casino using the link here in ask gamblers, made my first deposit and play for a bit, my balance is up to 1400€, in the same day i submited in the site my documents, ID Card and Utility Bill and Log Off, waiting for the account verification next day Next day when i log in i found my account disabled without any explanation, my uploaded documents was not reviewd, send multiple messages in the site an by email ALL without any replys from Diamond World Support does not work, live chat is OFF LINE allways, the phone number on the site also does not work Now i have my money stuck in this casino, my account is disabled and i dont know even why, how can a casino have such a good reviews and there is no one in the other side to reply to complaints or help the players?

Withdrawal issues

Hi,I have registered with Diamond World Casino about 9 days ago and i have made deposit of 50eur,I played for little bit and i was lucky won 200eur on top of my 50eur deposit, so i did send all docs for verification which was approved,i have requested withdrawal back to my Master card which was declined it was refunded back to my Diamond account,i played little bit more and i was up 400eur requested withdrawal again,same thing happened the money was refunded back to casino account,so i contacted the support which i got answer two days later and they said i can not withdraw to master card because it was declined by financial institution which I can understand because MC does not allow Canadian players to withdraw ,than support told me to make minimum deposit of 20eur via VISA in order to withdraw the money,than i have tried with all my VISA card to make deposit which did not go through because the banks does not allow for gambling so other option they have for withdrawal is NETELLER and SKRILL which does not accept Canadian players and i have asked casino if they can send Cheque or Bank wire they said we will send you e-mail when we decide what to do it has been 3 days no answer.please ASKGAMBLERS if you can help me to solve this problem.Thank you in advance

I was browsing the net for some new casino with free chip or free spins and that way I came across Diamond World Casino site, which they were offering 15 euros free chip when you join their casino. First I contacted the support, which they were very fast, have to admit and very pleasant, to asked them about the free chip they are offering, because I wanted to know is my country eligible for that promo or not. The chat support told me that I can get the bonus, but when I deposit right after I must send them my documents, so they can verified my account and then I would get the bonus, without any problem. When I opened their casino, they were advertising the 15 free chip, so I did sign up in a minute or so.

The next thing I saw that they were Malta licence but they were not Netent provider, so they were having some Wazdan software games, which I see it for the very first time.

The next thing I done was uploaded my documents which I did, so I left the casino and waited for 3 days or so, but there was not any answer form them. I contacted the chat support and asked them did they received my documents and the answer I got was a bit surprising, because I send the documents directly from the casino, so the chat told me that there is no documents sent by me, so I had to send them again via my mail. I done that too, so I got response from them, that my documents are not so clear and that I have to send them another one.

Ok Diamond World Casino, I have send the same documents to the best and famous casinos on line, so they were good for them, but for you not. So it makes me wonder, do you give that bonus or not? It's probably the best if you stop giving that bonus, and stop advertising your casino with the free chip, because you don't want to honor what you are advertising! So no, it's been more then a month and I still didn't get anything, surely they are expecting to send them another documents, who will be more clear, well I won't, thanks for nothing!
