CrownGold Casino - Stalling withdrawals for no reason
Have been trying to withdraw 220 euro from this casino back to my Skrill account (same as used for depositing) for more than 3 days now (they claim on their site withdrawals are less than 1 hour, as is also claimed here on askgamblers)—these aren't even winnings, I deposited more than that on the day I requested the withdrawal. Originally when I signed up, all my withdrawals were processed without a hitch within an hour, sometimes only a few minutes. They then moved me onto VIP player and one of the benefits of that was supposedly faster withdrawals. After they moved me to VIP which was 3-4 days ago, they have stopped processing my withdrawals. I have been in contact with their customer support email who have given me nothing but excuses. More than 3 days later, my withdrawal is still sitting there pending. When they moved me to VIP, they assigned me a VIP Manager and claimed 24/7 round the clock support. I made contact with said VIP Manager and did not receive a response until today, two and a half days after I messaged him. As per their T&C's, withdrawals sometimes take a little longer when they have to do 'additional checks' or verification. When the "VIP Manager" finally replied, he confirmed that there are no additional checks needed for my withdrawal and that my account is fully verified and so they are not waiting on any documents or anything from me, so what is the hold-up with the withdrawal? They've stated sometimes withdrawals can take 'a little longer' due to volume, but that just doesn't add up how they can go from almost instant withdrawals day-after-day to leaving withdrawals pending for several days on end. So much for VIP benefits, in my case it looks that it has had the complete opposite effect!

Good selection of games, including some of the progressive jackpots. The website design is good (although I suspect it's an out-of-the-box package that you can just license to quickly set up a new casino, just apply your own branding/logo).

This is definitely a casino to avoid. They will take your money, no problem, but when it comes to getting paid out, your withdrawal requests will be left pending for days on end (even after they have confirmed that your account is fully verified and there's no 'additional checks' required before processing your withdrawal). And withdrawal requests will stay pending unless you start emailing them daily, asking them to process it, and even after many days, all you get is excuses, excuses, excuses from arrogant customer support staff—they'll keep telling you 'Your withdrawal is our top priority', yet you'll still be messaging them 2 or 3 days later... I've had this happen with every withdrawal request I've made over the last few weeks, most of which ended up just getting reversed and lost. They'll quickly put you on their VIP program and assign you a VIP Manager with his/her WhatsApp number, and claim you'll have round-the-clock 24/7 support and faster withdrawals. In reality, even as a VIP, do not expect any special service—I messaged the VIP Manager day after day regarding stalled withdrawals, and didn't get any reply at all until the 4th day after my initial message, and then the reply was basically that he can't do anything to help because he has no involvement in withdrawals. All things considered, this is definitely a casino to avoid, unless you don't care whether or not you get paid out. This casino is new on the scene, established in 2025, they are not part of one of the big chains, and I am convinced they are struggling to survive on many levels already... slow, arrogant customer support, failure to process payments in a timely manner (probably due to awful cash-flow management), zero responsible gaming controls—you have to contact them to ask for responsible gaming measures to be put in place and they will try to talk you out of it or suggest you go with lesser controls, there's nothing really positive to say here... Stick with the established casinos that have lots of customer reviews here on Askgamblers so you can be well informed before trusting a casino with your money. This casino is rogue in my view and likely to disappear before the end of the year—don't let them disappear with your money!
