Delayed Payment Over 120 hours waiting now

I've withdrawn funds twice from this casino and they havent taken more than 48 hours. The first withdrawal on Feb 18th 2026 for $300CAD took about 52 short minutes to reach my bank account from Crown Gold.

The second withdrawal request was on the weekend of Saturday March 7th 2026 around 9:45pm MST, this withdrawal took less then 48 hours (I received the withdrawal the next business day at 9:52am MST.) Quickly.

Now this is my third withdrawal request I made on April 5th at 09:30am for $1000 and its been over 120 hours now since I made the request. I've been emailing suppor­t@c­row­ngo­ld.com every day asking when will it be processed and I get the same answer: "We need more time to process your request, our team is dedicated on giving each case the attention it deserves......" and so on. Which I believe that they are obviously stalling it to see if I will cancel to try and gamble again to lose it all.

I am very tired of waiting and definitely do not recommend playing at this casino.

P.s. I've obviously submitted requested documents, ID, Proof of Address, Proof of Deposit, Payment, etc.....

Verified withdrawal delayed over 2 months
Hello,

I am filing a complaint against CrownGold Casino regarding a withdrawal that has been delayed for an unreasonable amount of time despite my account being verified.

On January 29, 2026, I completed the wagering requirements on a bonus successfully and finished with a balance of approximately $5,224 CAD.

After that, I completed the casino’s verification process. My documents and phone were verified, and I also provided the BTC wallet address requested for my withdrawal.

On January 30, 2026, I submitted my first withdrawal request for $4,000 CAD via BTC. According to the casino transaction history, withdrawal attempts on January 30 were rejected. I contacted support because I was not receiving the confirmation email they said was needed to confirm my crypto withdrawal address. I explained several times that I was not receiving those emails, including in my spam folder. They verified it manually by confirming they received my request and that the withdrawal is processing.

Since then, I have contacted support repeatedly by email and live chat. Their responses have been generic and unhelpful, only saying that my withdrawal is “being processed” and that I should “be patient.” They have not given me any clear reason for the delay or any real timeframe.

On March 5, 2026, I submitted a new withdrawal request with a new BTC address. The casino replied that my account had been successfully verified and that my withdrawal was in processing, but it still has not been paid.

My transaction history shows the following:
30 Jan 2026 – Withdrawal rejected – 4,000 CAD
30 Jan 2026 – Withdrawal rejected – 4,000 CAD
02 Feb 2026 – Withdrawal recalled – 4,000 CAD
05 Mar 2026 – Withdrawal pending – 4,000 CAD

I have been trying to resolve this since January 30, 2026. I have complied with all verification requests and provided all information requested by the casino, but I am still being given no meaningful explanation and no payment.

I ask AskGamblers to help resolve this matter and ask CrownGold Casino to either process my withdrawal immediately or provide a clear written explanation for the delay.

I can provide screenshots of the transaction history and full email correspondence.

Stalling withdrawals for no reason
Have been trying to withdraw 220 euro from this casino back to my Skrill account (same as used for depositing) for more than 3 days now (they claim on their site withdrawals are less than 1 hour, as is also claimed here on askgamblers)—these aren't even winnings, I deposited more than that on the day I requested the withdrawal. Originally when I signed up, all my withdrawals were processed without a hitch within an hour, sometimes only a few minutes. They then moved me onto VIP player and one of the benefits of that was supposedly faster withdrawals. After they moved me to VIP which was 3-4 days ago, they have stopped processing my withdrawals. I have been in contact with their customer support email who have given me nothing but excuses. More than 3 days later, my withdrawal is still sitting there pending. When they moved me to VIP, they assigned me a VIP Manager and claimed 24/7 round the clock support. I made contact with said VIP Manager and did not receive a response until today, two and a half days after I messaged him. As per their T&C's, withdrawals sometimes take a little longer when they have to do 'additional checks' or verification. When the "VIP Manager" finally replied, he confirmed that there are no additional checks needed for my withdrawal and that my account is fully verified and so they are not waiting on any documents or anything from me, so what is the hold-up with the withdrawal? They've stated sometimes withdrawals can take 'a little longer' due to volume, but that just doesn't add up how they can go from almost instant withdrawals day-after-day to leaving withdrawals pending for several days on end. So much for VIP benefits, in my case it looks that it has had the complete opposite effect!
