Circus.be Casino - Stalling on verification process
Hi,

I was already a client at the brick and mortar Circus playhalls and as such played at their online venue not expecting a need to verify my account. After a small win of 400 Euros on 19/06/2019, I am asked to verify my id and presented the option to do it at a local playhall or online (24 hours claimed). I chose to do it at a local playhall, which claimed that the info on their site is false and "we don't do that". So I send the required documents on 19/06, the next day nearing support closing time I start a chat session, where I explain that I am waiting for my documents to be verified. The support agent is clearly misinformed over the claimed timeframe (claiming 48 hours, while the site says 24) and afterwards changes story, claiming a small delay of 1 day in processing. We are 48 hours later and still nothing. Seeinf other similar complaints listed here taking weeks to resolve makes me regret ever playing at circus.

Circus casino is a quite new place to me as I discovered it only about a month ago while it has been on askgamblers for quite some time. The reason I found them was because I saw that they are a Quickspin and few other software powered site and were offering 5€ free chip for new signups. I noticed that they are a Belgian casino and if you are a resident there, you can request a withdrawal and pick it up at certain Belgian casino, I've played at similar Belgian casinos and didn't have any problems, besides I wasn't making a deposit yet, so I had no worries about their trustworthy.

After registration I got the free chip right away and I used it on Second Strike slot, without any luck I lost it quickly. Then few days later I received another chip to my mail which I claimed and again lost all. About a week later I received another email welcoming me back and saying I have 5€ chip waiting in my account. I read the terms and it said that all bonuses have 30x bonus wagering, which I find as a perfect rollover.

I tried to play a few IGT slots but when I opened them, I received game error. That happened with many games, so I went on my phone and out of curiosity opened a slot called Two Dragons. I played with minimum stakes and had a few winnings that boosted my balance up to 20€. Then I had few free spins rounds and had two wins over 100x bet and at some point my balance was 70€. Then I went on my computer to check wager and saw it still was 0%. Only then I read that only Dice games count towards wager. I went to play a couple of Dice slots and after a while I saw that my wager was complete. I wrote an email to support asking about withdrawal and I have to say email support responded within 10 minutes, so I was very pleased with that.

After I requested the withdrawal, I had to send in my passport copy, utility bill and bank statement, as the only withdrawal option I had was bank transfer. I had many conversations on email with their support as it took them a week to verify my account and I wasn't very happy about it. But when it was done, I received my withdrawal the next day to my bank without any fees.

Overall I think I will make a deposit there and claim the welcome bonus because they have nice selection of games, bonus has very good wagering terms, support is kind and willing to help and at the end of the day- I did get my money.

if you want to re-open reopening without problems.

I also got an email that the players not permitted to play from UK. Keep away from this casino.

I have NEVER known a online site be so unprofessional... I have sent ALL required documents 2 weeks ago, sent over 30 emails and STILL have not received my verification OR withdrawal, and all I get in return is a computer generated reply.
