First impressions are super important, we do however hope to continue that great experience for the entire duration of a player's time spent on Casumo. Withdrawals will take between 1-5 working days to arrive in a player's account, each withdrawal is unique and due to this, the arrival time will not always remain consistent with one another. Meaning that should one withdrawal arrive within a day, the following withdrawal is not guaranteed to arrive in the same time frame. Not every deposit will result in withdrawal as there isn't a winning guarantee when gambling. Since the games are played on the game providers servers it is the exact same game as on other online casinos. I had a couple losing sessions, then won about $900 on $1-2 spins on various games. Starburst was one of them. Cashed out $935, they ask for bank details, which I provided, everything matches my account, account is mine, I deposited with interac e transfer and paysafecards (zero risk to them). message comes back saying “your moneys on the way”. A day later they ask for verification. Ok no problem,
Sent verification, they approved my ID after a day, then they nitpick over the bank statement and address proof. The address on my bank statement matches what I registered with... but they just stall and stall. Had to resubmit documents several times and each time it takes them 24 hours. They approved my bank statement next, but then they rejected the address proof. (I used the same bank statement which was a month old and clearly has my registered address on it).
They then say the address proof was rejected because it was a screenshot... I have shown that the account belongs to me, the account numbers match, address matches, name matches.... I’m as good of a customer as they can hope for... but nope... they want the whole bank statement it appears. Not acceptable and if you respect Canadian law you need to respect that we have rights to privacy in this country. This isn’t Britain where you can ask for a life story from someone who has paid you money, trusting that you would honour withdrawals without excessive intrusions into our lives. We provide so much info to these casinos that an employee could steal our identities for Christ’s sake. In the future I’ll think twice before trusting offshore operators.

It's a bad gambling site, probably a scam. I played for one year on all stakes many times. Since the beginning the paybacks were terrible, for one year, the entire year, it can't be bad luck all year long. I never got close to a fraction of what I've put in. They have flaws in they're games, like "you have played for one hour" notification that cancel the free games if you're in it. If you take the bonus money they offer and win with it you can't withdraw until you wager and lose them all, at least that's what happened in my case. They even market a payback of 90%-99% which is inaccurate and misleading, in my case was 87%. U can check it for yourself.
