When it comes to first impressions, Casinoland comes out with a mixed reaction. While there is some potential for improvement here, you can see some positive qualities on the site. It looks great for the most part and it has a good selection of games which is vital to any person who wants to keep playing on this site. While there are some big positives with the site, there are some cons that you have to consider. The games you can pick from are numerous but you still have an issue with the quality of those games. There are games that you can’t really play much because they’re not high quality. Bugs are a problem that has been addressed at times but they need to be fixed quicker. Some promos have not been that good for some players which can be a problem for some people.

They have the slots bonanza and diamond mine which are my favourite slots. They have a ukgc license.

Alot to dislike about this casino, its an honest review from a customer that has been messed around with only a £200 withdrawal they ask for intrusive & unprofessional requests of ID. They don't work weekends so your withdrawal will not be processed at weekend (its 2021 most casinos have max 24hour process time now). Since 2020 casinos were told by the UKGC that 'reverse withdrawal' option has to be removed but this casino has a tactic that they can get around that and the customer can have the balance back in his account after the withdrawal. Disgraceful casino, I have been online gambling for 8 years worst experience I've ever had.

You sign up, don't select bonus and try and deposit all works fine. You try and select the bonus and it says 'Transaction Failed' Chat then tell you a lie that it is a technical issue and the tech support are working on it. This has been going on since December 2018. I know of 5 people that have tried signing up to these casinos from different IPS and different devices and the same happens.

I raised it with Askgambler and they would not consider my complaint. Probably due to the fact they are an affiliate of One Click Ltd.

Stay away! Casinoland & Royalslots have been taking on new customers but you cannot deposit. They have claimed a technical issue for almost two weeks. There is something unlawful going on (Probably going out of business). I believe they are letting players sign up so they can gather details for future ventures. This is against GDPR.

I've been reading AskGamblers reviews before making deposits for a while now and i'd like to take part in the reviewing process my self, since I know you can find helpful feedback in the review sections often.

With that, I knew for sure that I would not and could not get my account verified, simply because I do not have any other supporting documents to submit.

Well, I cannot remember if I had requested for a permanent closure of that new account, or just to leave it dormant for the time being. Good casino with all variety kind of slots Play 'n Go, Microgaming, Netent and Quickspin. The layout of the casino and the navigation is pretty clear and easy and everything is categorized very well.

My first deposit was via Neteller and could not claim the welcome bonus since it was not eligible for Neteller/Skrill users but that was my fault since I overread the rule in the ToS. Overall the customer support is pretty quick with responding.

Since the document verification took too long (over 40 hours) and it has been said that it could take up (again) to 48 hours. I decided to close down my account. I cannot recommend this casino to other players since the verification time is on a long due. It disappoints me because this casino is good, but not that good as I thought. Verification is a joke you have to send a bank statement, utility bill, passport, and photo of your passport next to your face, not only is this all nonsense you then have to wait 24hours for each document you send yes each document that's 5 full days until you can get back on it's just not acceptable. The customer service is a joke the live chat is ok to be fair but the customer service over the phone are just plain rude.

The player signed up via a “No Deposit Free Spins” promotion which is limited to one per person, one per household, one per computer or one per IP unless otherwise specified.

The player had 2 linked accounts by IP address , one of which was linked by the same address and surname. As a result all 3 accounts were locked until verification could be provided.

KYC was requested on the 24th and 25th November 2016 but only received in full by 5.04pm on the 28th November. The account was re-opened on the 29th November after verification was successfully completed.

The matched bonus is the only good thing, often the games would either not work or would require reloading

As expected, I won lots to begin with, but had to wager for a long time before the bonus was exhausted and I could withdraw funds. I kept an eye on this and withdrew £200 when the site clearly stated I could do this. This was processed the. I had an email to say I had overbet with bonus funds which I dispute and my withdrawal had been confiscated. Online chat are useless, be very aware of the bonus structure, you have been warned. Worst site ever, first time anything like this has ever happened

CasinoLand was one of my most recent signups, coming from the same group as Cashmio, Rizk and GUTS amongst others I had no doubt this would be a high quality operation and it didn't surprise me to see this casino already has a very high 9.2 rating here at AskGamblers despite only having been running a short time.

There's a decent welcome package of four deposit bonuses for new signups, but as with many other MT SecureTrade casinos you'll need to use your debit card to deposit if you want to take advantage of these offers. I'm not sure if you could get away with using your Skrill or Neteller Mastercard, I didn't want to take the risk and anyway the withdrawal time wouldn't be any better should you end up winning compared to just using your standard bank card. You might want to do this if you are particularly cautious about using your regular banking services for on-line gambling though.

The name isn't particularly imaginative but the website is well built and the different games are arranged into sensible groups.
