General Information About CasinOK

CasinOK is owned by Ryker B.V., a company licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, with the licence number OGL/2024/1800/1049, issued in August 2024. While the Curaçao licence might not be as reputable as the UKGC or MGA licences, it does provide players with a certain level of security in the event of a dispute with the casino.

CasinOK’s rating is a strong 8.8, and there are many factors influencing that, one of which is that the casino only has three complaints with the AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service (AGCCS) at the moment of my review.

The casino is among the top-rated casinos on the AskGamblers website in terms of player reviews, with a Player Rating of 9.2. From what I could see in the players’ reviews, they praise the customer support team for being polite and helpful, and they point out fast withdrawals and an excellent selection of games.

Payment Information and Options at CasinOK

CasinOK is a crypto-friendly casino that allows customers to deposit using both fiat and crypto payment options. You should note that payment method availability depends on your location, and you might not be able to use all the options the casino offers.

When I wanted to deposit funds into my account, the options available were Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Google Pay, Skrill, Revolut, and MiFinity when it comes to fiat options, and quite a few cryptocurrencies.

One player indicated in their review that there are foreign exchange fees when paying in local currencies, which is something the casino also indicates in its terms and conditions. Note that there may also be bank charges that vary by bank.

With all this in mind, I used USDC or Stablecoin to make a deposit, and I was genuinely surprised that the minimum deposit limit for crypto deposits is only $3. Fiat options have a minimum deposit of $10 or $15, but be aware that this can vary by jurisdiction.

It is worth noting that several players complained about their deposits taking a lot of time to reach their accounts, with even a couple of formal complaints to the AGCCS being about this issue. These complaints were resolved successfully, and I can say that I didn’t experience any such issue with my deposit.

Players also praise CasinOK for fast withdrawals, with one player even indicating that they can take less than 20 minutes. Note that withdrawal times depend on the chosen method, and while crypto payments are inherently fast, bank transfers can take up to a few days.

Some players praised the casino for not requiring KYC for withdrawals, but the support agent I spoke with informed me that KYC is required.

Maximum withdrawal limits are significantly different for crypto and fiat users. If you withdraw crypto, the limits are $100,000 a week or $250,000 a month. Fiat users can withdraw only up to $7,500 a week or $15,000 a month. If you don’t wager the deposit amount at least once, the casino can deduct 20% from your withdrawal amount.

Customer Support at CasinOK

Customer support is available via live chat and email. Since my goal was to get some information, I started a live chat thread, where I was greeted by a chatbot. It can give you the basic information, but it can also easily transfer you to a customer support agent upon request.

I talked to Aisha, and she answered my question regarding crypto payments and the welcome bonus offer, as it was not clear from the terms and conditions whether crypto payments qualify for the welcome offer. The answer is yes, they do.

One thing you need to pay attention to is picking the right category in the chat support, so the agent from the right department can join the chat and answer your questions. I picked the wrong one at first, so the chat was quickly closed. Chat support is available 24/7, and you can also reach out via email if you prefer.

Games at CasinOK

CasinOK’s game lobby is dominated by online slot games, but I also found a few crash and mini games. You can filter the slots to see only the games you have tried or the ones you selected as your favourites, so I had to add Money Train there to make it easier to find.

If you enjoy Megaways slots, you can also see them all in one place with a single click. However, there is no jackpot slots category, so you’ll have to find them through search. There are over 90 game providers in the lobby, so there is plenty of choice.

It was a bit surprising to me that table games are only available through live casino, but the selection is decent, especially for live blackjack tables. I am not a fan of table games, so I haven’t tested them, but feel free to leave impressions in your player review if you play a game at the live casino. 

I have tried some slots on my mobile, though. First, when you click on a slot you wish to play, the game automatically goes full screen on mobile, which I appreciate, as I always look for the expand option on smaller screens. As I have already said, I enjoy Relax’s Money Train series very much, so I tested Money Train 4 here.

The graphics look amazing, as I knew they would, so it was quite an immersive experience. The slot has a standard RTP of 96.10% here, and I managed to score some good wins, but unfortunately didn't trigger a bonus game.

You should note that games from certain providers are not available in all countries where the casino is available, so I couldn’t play Pragmatic Play slots, for example. Also, the casino doesn’t offer the possibility of testing a game through demo mode, so you must have funds in your account to play at CasinOK.

CasinOK’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling

CasinOK has a dedicated Responsible Gambling section, where it offers tips for safer gambling practices, lists helpful resources, and explains the tools it provides to customers.

While it’s great that the casino offers the possibility to limit your gaming sessions, you can’t do that through your profile settings, or at least I didn’t find that option. I’d also appreciate a deposit limit since it’s a great way to keep track of my spending.

If you need a short break from gambling, you can ask for a time-out from one day to three months. If that break needs to be longer or indefinite, self-exclusion is available, again through contacting customer support via live chat or email.

The casino says that self-exclusion is activated immediately upon request, which is something I applaud, as many casinos take at least 24 hours to honour players’ self-exclusion requests.
