Deposit still missing after 7 days

Hello, I made a deposit via Skrill. My 50 euros is still missing, and they can't figure out where my money went... After 7 days of waiting still nothing, support is useless... I never had problems with deposit via Skrill, this is getting annoying...

We would like to clarify that the issue regarding the missing €50 Skrill deposit was fully investigated and resolved within less than 24 hours of the escalation. The funds were successfully traced and credited to the player's Casinok account.
