Casinoin - Delaying verification and withdrawal issue

Hi AskGamblers!

I won 2000,55€ on 7.3.2025.

I made this deposit and all my previous deposits using Rapid Transfer.

When I tried to make a withdrawal, I noticed that Rapid Transfer is not available for withdrawal, only for deposits. I asked the live chat for help and they told me to complete the verification process on their site. I sent them all the necessary documents, completed the verification process successfully, and contacted live chat again.

A few days later, they sent me an e-mail and asked for more documents (1. a picture of my passport 2. a selfie of me holding my passport 3. a screenshot of the document confirming ownership with Rapid I used + deposit confirmations from my Rapid account).

I sent parts 1 & 2. For part 3 I sent them a screenshot of the receipt of my latest deposit and also a bank statement showing all my deposits to their site. I explained that I made the deposit using Rapid Transfer as a direct bank transfer and had not used an e-wallet.

A few days later, I was told that they require a Skrill statement. I explained that I couldn't give them a Skrill statement because I don't have a Skrill account. Then they asked me to send a normal bank statement reflecting the deposits to their site, which I did, for the second time obviously.

This has now happened a number of times, and I feel like Casinoin is just playing with me.

Dear AskGamblers team, the verification process is going nowhere, so please help me solve this issue.

Maybe with your help I can get my money one day.

Casinoin - Withdrawal of 500 Euro issue
I thought I wasn’t gonna need to post another complain about a casino so soon but this is really annoying.
It all started in beginning of April. Casinoin had always been a company which processed payments immediately and when I say immediately I mean it as soon as you pressed the withdraw button the money was in your bank account. I had many withdrawals before without any problems.
Suddenly this changed though. I had a withdrawal of 100€ in beginning of April and after days of waiting I ended up spending the money. Few days later I was advised that their case is now fixed.
Recently I deposited again some money and easy easy I won a bit over 500€. Guess what … issue still exists. Every time I text them in their live chat or by email I get the same answer that specialists are working on it and they are sorry for the situation and I will be updated soon.
I ain’t gonna cancel this withdrawal. I already informed them that I will post here and in other parties including Curacao gaming if that continues. I don’t care if I end up not getting the money which I actually deserve but I don’t like being fooled.
Screenshots of course attached. Withdrawal date shows 24th because every 1-2 days the withdrawal will be returned to my wallet if not processed.
PS. No any deposit bonus was used nor any other offer.
Askgamblers I hope as always you give this matter your attention and help me come to a solution.

The website overall looks good based on what i have seen. Its face, good navigation, wide selection of games, and the overall looks of the casino are pretty stunning but....

To make a deposit, you can choose the option IDEAL in The Netherlands. First off all due to regulations IDEAL is not allowed being offered to Dutch players due to regulations and their for you need to use Trustly, Several big casinos had a big fine because of this before, i would consider to change this.

Then when you want to make a deposit you get an e-mail saying this:

All this to just make an deposit. I think you need to leave it up to the player where ever they want to decide to verify their documents before or after. Yes verification is needed before, but you could do that using trustly, when a player makes a deposit you instantly have their details already and you will also know they are 18+ or not. :)

Give a bonus is not real money. But this is not surprising. There are problems with a long download, but you can think of it because of my region. I have to do a reboot.

They're a bit stingy giving bonuses or cashback, 10% as a bonus offer (not real money) per deposit and 20 freespins is a bit stingy.

The games need to reload sometime because an error pops up showing no balance, RTP seems on the lowside (deposited 3800 withdrawn 1300). Received only 130 euros bonus 60 freespins and 30 euros cashback! No maxbet stated in T&C when asked it was 10 euros.

Well, the rule that you cant make a withdrawal until 24 hours after your last deposit is bogus. Scam type of rule.
Been in contact with support and they told me that the "financial department" are on my case and will get back to me in a few hours.
i have waited since yesterday for a reply, but nothing. Why not ask for my documents to verify while waiting for the 24 hours to make the withdraw? Guys, stay away from this casino. They act like players are stupid, to have a rule that you cant withdraw until 24 hours after your last deposit is only there so you will start playing for the money you won and lose them! This is clear. The only casino in the world who use this rule. Clearly marked as a fake/scam casino to me. AVOID!

Very good selection of games and the layout of the casino is very nice and easy to navigate.

I strongly do not recommend this casino as their policies for verifying accounts & allowing you to request a withdrawal is unreasonable.

Firstly, like most casinos, there is no section to upload your documents. If you win and ask a direct question "where do I upload or send my documents" they answer with "we've passed your information to the payments department". They avoid answering your question. When you actually send to them your documents, the response is wait until we respond to you.

Secondly, if you win, you cannot request a withdrawal until 24 hours from your last deposit. Never experienced this before.

So if you consider, no ability to verify documents online, delay in requesting withdrawal, payments department taking their time responding - you figure out the rest.

There are many casinos with much better verification and withdrawal processes, so stay clear of this casino.

Ended up winning almost 11 000 euros on my 1st deposit bonus. Casinoin took over 3 weeks to "verify" my account, and I had to send them bank statement, passport and selfie with my Visa and passport with their site on the background. They froze my funds, and deleted all the winnings from my account, claiming that I had broken their T&C with too big of a bet.

During this 3 week period they changed the T&C as well as the welcome bonus offer into their favour, so that they wouldn't need to pay. I found the old bonus offer T&C, and maximum bet was not mentioned, and I am in the process of getting my funds.

Please, do not play in this casino.
