I like the layout of the casino and there is a decent amount of games and the welcome bonus was also very nice with a generous deposit bonus and free spins. Hit a nice win first time playing and decided to cash out.
Now here comes the problem. I have been trying to verify for two days now. And I keep getting a document declined because my first name isn't on there fully. But my last name is on there fully and so is my Iban banking number. This is just how my bank works, it uses the first letter of my first name and my last name. I never had a problem with any casino ever not having my full first name and it feels insane to me that this is a reason not to verify someone.
