Unable to play any games and deposit is stuck

I signed up, verified my account and deposited at Casinotogether and took the welcome bonus.

Now no games are working, they say 'country blocked' for every provider. Payments are also blocked saying 'country blocked'. I have reported this to chat and sent 5 emails, no response at all.

I am currently stuck with 299 euros stuck in my account, I cannot withdraw it and I cannot play any games.

My country is accepted (says on your site we are and obviously I was able to sign up).

I need askgamblers to mediate as I'm just stuck...
