There's not much to not like. I find it a great casino to play. Sometimes which is rarely it takes a little time in the live chat to connect but they reply with email very quickly so that kind of makes up for it.

I am missing "Play N Go" slots but this might be because of country restrictions since this provider is not available everywhere. That was all until I tried to cashout.
They asking me to upload a transaction that it does not show on my account either on their history website nor my idebit bank or my bank.
Even though I made a deposit with the same method of payment a day earlier that I have it on record but no they keep asking to upload on that specific date that I do not have it on record.
Not sure what happened, probably a glitch but why it doesn't show up on none of my records.
So be ware of that and try to keep record of your transaction every time you deposit.

Provider (play n go) restricted for my country (Ireland) but it doesn’t state that in t&c’s.
Live chat/email support is non existent, waited 40 minutes in queue and still didn’t get in contact. Also sent email with no response.

There is no option to set gambling limits, you need to contact support but as I already stated contacting support doesn’t seem possible. I recommend you play elsewhere!!

Amazing games and so many choices but had a few problems with staff on 24hrs and never getting what I choose with bonus. If these things were fixed would be great!

Staff are not 24hrs as I've been trying for hours to reach them and still no reply, when I put on the side and change the gets it gets out of game completely and I never get the bonus I choose it never does it and rips me every time I'm never depositing again.
