Casino Rocket - Unable to Withdraw Despite being Verified, running in circles

I recently registered at Casino Rocket, made a €100 deposit and proceeded to play. Was lucky enough to build up a €1000 balance which I decided I wanted to withdraw. Straight away I uploaded all of the required verification documents, ID, POA, Front/Back of Card, Proof of Payment etc. It took a few attempts but I was eventually verified.

I was then told that I couldn't withdraw back to my card and that I had to request a bank transfer. I found this a bit weird so jumped onto live chat to get clarification. No one told me why I couldn't withdraw back to my card (even though its a VISA debit) and that I had to request a bank transfer. I then asked if they wanted my VISA bank details or the details of my other high street bank (HSBC) account, they confirmed its probably best to use the HSBC account, which I did but have since been told the details are incorrect (which they are not).

Now after several live chats and almost a week, I have been unable to edit or add new bank transfer details. I keep being told that it needs to be passed onto the payments team for them to remove. Not sure why something so simple has taken so long and as it stands I still cant update my bank transfer details to make a withdrawal.

I don't know why this has been so difficult, the help and comms I have had have been poor and it seems like you are reluctant to pay out my winnings. Can someone please look as resolving this ASAP.

In general a good casino except for a few very very important things... The games are ok, the system works well. I like the big selection of games to play.

I requested a withdrawal of a total of 600€. After exactly 24 hours of pending, they just canceled my request for no reason at all. All docs were already approved, and the profile is 100% approved and verified.

And to make things worse, they do not have a live chat. I have also sent an email asking for the reasons of the cancelation and they didn't even answer me.

They do not have a live chat?!?!
Or at least is not clearly visible. I am looking for it and can not find it. I have sent mails to the support team viam mail and they still did not answer

I play on a lot of casinos. This one seems to be great. Great slots, good layout and support is great also, had my query answered in a couple of minutes.

Verification is taking too long, require the front of my bank card which the have, this bank card is one with no info on the front, all on the back which was approved. Can't test withdrawal times due to the simple thing above so so would edit my score to 10.

They say they have livechat, but they don't. Takes a long time for them to answer, and when they do it is an automatic answer everytime. They don't answer your question. I made a deposit, claimed welcome bonus, and didn't get it. I also can't play any games, cause I'm using the wrong currency (NOK), there is no info on that before you make the deposit and choose currency. STAY AWAY from this casino, it's really unserious. Lots of casinos you can choose that don't lie and treat customers this badly.

The payouts take a very long time
The casino advertises a 27/7 live chat that does not exist (not only temporarily not)
Messages are ignored and not answered (even after days). This is especially serious because you can set self-exclusions, cool-off periods, and limits only via email to the support. I don't like how the bonus code system works or better yet, doesn't work. Yet to find out how simple and hassle free withdrawals for Australian players is. Fingers crossed they do Pay with minimal issues and excuses. Most of the other casinos try on customers to prevent paying out their winnings.
