In general a good casino except for a few very very important things... The games are ok, the system works well. I like the big selection of games to play.
I requested a withdrawal of a total of 600€. After exactly 24 hours of pending, they just canceled my request for no reason at all. All docs were already approved, and the profile is 100% approved and verified.
And to make things worse, they do not have a live chat. I have also sent an email asking for the reasons of the cancelation and they didn't even answer me.

They say they have livechat, but they don't. Takes a long time for them to answer, and when they do it is an automatic answer everytime. They don't answer your question. I made a deposit, claimed welcome bonus, and didn't get it.
