Page 6 – Player Reviews for Casino Rocket

I like everything about this casino and there VIP level is fantastic regarding bonuses. My VIP manger is Joe and I couldn't b happier over all I would recommend this casino to my friends

Casino rocket is actually Legit and pays you out every time, they don't mess you around at all. The VIP program is awesome and my VIP rep Joe is so helpful. He contacts you off WhatsApp and is always there to help 24 hrs a day which I've never had on another casino. I'm really happy I found this casino as it is hard in Australia to find legit casinos online.

I honestly have nothing bad to say. There's nothing that is wrong or bad so far. VIP Level is where all the wonders happen you get heaps of bonuses and are cared for and appreciated. There is a few games that I think are to outdated but that's nothing major for me, as there is heaps to play

I've made it to the VIP level and have a personal VIP rep (Joe) via whatsapp that could not be more courteous or helpful.
The VIP benefits range from 100's of free spins to bonus cash..
Can not fault this casino. By far my favourite one. 10 stars.

Haven't found anything i don't like yet.
Once I made the VIP status I couldn't believe the freebies and the help supplied.
The depositing methods are quick and simple and I don't have to make three or four attempts before my payments go through, which is an issue I've had on other sites.

Been playing here for a while now and if you’re from Australia you know it’s hard to find somewhere legit to play. I would recommend trying here. I was verified in monies, made a withdrawal and got it the next business day. Customer service are really nice and friendly and treat you like a human. Ryan is my personal manager and his great too :)

I have never met such a fast KYC. I don’t think there was a 10 minute verification process. Payment to Neteller e-wallet was 6 minutes. Brutal. With such a fast casino I don’t know I’ve ever had this thing. Very good site structure, transparent, and very easy to handle and very fast too. The abundance of game service, and fast and helpful customer service also raises the level mentioned above plus. Congratulations! Keep it up!

Good selection of games.
Support available 24/7
A few different deposit methods and same with withdrawal methods. I don’t know what more to write.

Well as soon as you win and want to withdraw the problem starts.
First I can’t withdraw to visa so I have to use bank transfer. All my documents are accepted but not the one that shows my deposit method. They ask for a picture of the transaction with your name and account number.

Well I don’t want to discuss with them and give them what they want.

Three different pictures of the same thing and they refuse to accept it. They tell me to click on the transaction but that takes days before the bank allows you. But this is how they stall you so you can be angry and loose your money back to them.

Hehe me? No. I limited my account because I had a bad feeling tbh. So now I can’t loose what I have and have to wait several days to give them that document. Funny part is that this is the first casino that is asking for that specific thing. All the others I send them what I sent here first and it’s good.

So players, stay far away from this casino or play here if you want to argue with chat and such for your winnings and being stalled. You’ve been warned
