Pretty good gaming selection. The live help is usually prompt. I have had a few wins worth withdrawing however, as I assume folks would understand how it goes I never made it to the withdrawal section. Lol

I'm an experienced online gamer and I have been around long enough that I can safely say, I have tried them all. There is no doubt in my mind that Casino extreme is by far the best online casino available. They are fast, friendly, generous, effective, creative, Fair, simple, and consistent! Because of this, they have won me over as a long term, loyal, supportive, member. This I shall remain for as long as they continue to conduct their business exactly as they do!

I said, I have been playing at casino extreme for quite some time now. I have suffered long-term losing streaks and I have also and knocked out of my chair with huge wins. I have made mistakes with deposits, withdrawals, and promotions oh, and they have made mistakes as well. All of which when negotiated, agreed upon, and corrected in a fast effective way... I'm not a big player at Casino Extreme. I play sporadically here the past couple of years and honestly just did my first cash out with them which I will address later in this review. The reason I don't play here as much is because the RealGaming slots are pretty tight and it can be frustrating to lose your money fast or faster than say a casino like Intertops where from my experience is more consistent as far as the opportunities to win are concerned. You probably are asking your self " well what does that mean?" ...It means that you actually retain a glimmer of hope that things will turn around even down to your last dollar and that's only because you widdled down your deposit only to make it back. Maybe double it, then go back down until finally the roller coaster ends with another loss and you beat yourself up thinking about the opportunities you could or would of should of.

Casino Extreme on the other hand doesn't play like that. But the times that is does payout - it can be big, really big. And if you can stop playing and get yourself over to the cashier to submit your withdraw request then what happens next is what separates this Casino from it well intentioned colleagues. Once they verify your not breaking the rules or doing anything shady or have no history of being a douche bag or whatever they will deposit your winnings into your account all of which takes either a few minutes or in some rare cases a few hours if their behind or if you haven't responded to something they need you to do, regardless the money you won will be in your account faster than any US facing casino on line. Period.

Therein lies the trade off of the stiff slot play...I see it as glass half-full.... half-empty kind of deal ....you can either be pissed off the slots play so tight or you can thank them for not wasting your time doing what every other legit casino offering real gaming software does which is the roller coaster play sequence and lets be honest is more enjoyable to play. Ultimately 9 out of 10 times you end up losing whether you play a long time or short time but if you play long enough at CE you'll figure out to take what they give you at any denomination even if its only your deposit you won back. Patience pays off here eventually. If you compare the withdrawal process at other casinos ( the reputable ones that are US facing ) then be prepared to wait 48 hours before anyone acknowledges your withdraw ...and pray you dont win on Friday night because for some reason there is no one around on the weekends which has always made zero sense to me since one would think that Friday and Saturday generate the most traffic for these guys...and the 48 hours wait i should have clarified is actually 2 business days ....so Friday nights win will take you all the way to Wednesday to get a withdrawal process started. And if your willing to wait that long and submit your withdraw request they leave all your money still in your account ....so it stares at you enticing you to take it back out for a spin which can be agonizing if it is a lot of money

Casino Extreme doesn't play those games. You submit your withdraw request and its taken off your balance. You submit your request a 6AM pacific time central time eastern time whatever time ..whatever day and someone will respond and initiate your withdrawal ....You need to talk to someone ? Try their chat ...within seconds on most occasions someone is there to help you. You ever get the feeling when you chat with these casinos that your talking to a 3rd party chat service that has NO idea what your're talking about and it takes 20 minutes to answer your question? Chat reps at CE Im pretty sure work at CE since they are the same reps that email you back (just as fast if you use email i might add) . The reps here are always concise and polite and actually answer your question. Never in the two years I have played here has one of there reps started a conversation with a solicitation of a bonus. Never have I been made to feel that my $25 deposit was small change or treated in differently.

So to sum things up ...I dont know who runs these casinos ...for all I know it could be some 16 year old kid running a home built server out of his parents house in Costa Rica. I don't know if the people we interact with at all these casinos online are even real people. What I do know is: If your from the USA and new to online gaming then I pity you cause your gonna have to go thru trial and error figuring out whose legit and whose not. I've been a loyal customer - weekly. I use cash - no bonus attached deposits. They used to reward me with free spins for making a weekly deposit win or lose. Now, I have to have a losing deposit to have a free spin bonus. Which is fine - but it's no longer a perk for a weekly depositor. I literally would deposit 50-200 each week but no longer. I'd rather be connected to a good bonus.

I do love the master payouts than the majority of casinos and the fast response time with email inquiries.

What I love most about Casino Extreme and Casino Brango is absolutely their customer service, they are the greatest guys (and girls) ever they help me anytime I need help always willing to throw me a chip or free spins if I've made a few deposits, I get a generous amount of the free chips and Spins too... sometimes it's hard to catch the playful sarcasm over a text or chat but I've never had an issue with any of them and trust me I'm always chatting them up, always! And those two are the only casinos I play religiously because of the instant payout. The machines could be looser I agree but when I do cash out it's a doozy LOL I deposited $35 and used their daily bonus the other day and cashed out $2,200 instantly. And after my cash out they still allowed me to receive the spins that went along with the bonus coupon.

There's nothing I dislike about Brango or Extreme. I'm extremely upbeat and happy every time I talk to them and they've always treated me the exact same way. I wish the machines were a little bit looser but that customer service makes up for it not to mention the free chips and Spins.

Faster payouts were one of the biggest draws for me when I discovered them and the very fast customer service.

I used to have awsome customer service. One time I was confused on if I had made a deposit of ETH and found out that I already did earlier that day. They initially credited it back then it disappeared. I apologized for my mistake. Their response was " Don't let it happen again". Seriously. There are many more casinos than this one. This one is getting tighter with less payouts. I used to love this casino. Not sure what happened.

I want to give them a shout-out because I had an awesome, positive customer service experience a couple of days ago. I won some money on a free-spin bonus and requested a withdrawal. Initially, it was denied because it turns out I wasn't technically eligible for the bonus. When I pointed out that if I wasn't eligible, I shouldn't have been able to redeem the free spins, the CS manager (Sean) was really decent about it. He worked out a solution and I got a payout!

I don't like fact if you use the monthly coupon on let's say Wednesday you can't use it any other Wednesday so if you use Monday through Sunday in the first week which I do sometimes, I can't use it for the rest of the month.

Payouts do happen, apparently. Heard from a friend. However I was not lucky enough to get paid what I won.

Casino extreme is great at feeding you breakfasts and “tomorrows”. Sure, they’ll always take your money, but when it’s time to withdraw, they’ll do their “account review” first. In my case, I apparently broke their rules, which were “multiple accounts” and “one bonus per account”. They connected my account to my roommate’s account and put it on long “review”. I tried explaining that at the time when both accounts were open we were not members of same household and have documentation to prove it. Did they want it? Nope. No reaction. That was when my now roommate made one and only deposit and we became members of same household after that and my roommate hasn’t played since then. The only response to my arguments was “we’ll get back to you with resolution “in couple days” and “tomorrow”. Needless to say no one got back to me tomorrow or in couple days. Chat was also unhelpful. One day it was “the only way to verify is via email and you must wait”, another day it was “I can’t find anyone from that department to connect you”. Finally after 11 days of waiting I logged on, played my $3800 balance down and forgot about this so called casino. Never again.

The payouts are incredibly fast as I received two payouts within an hour into by bitcoin account and back in my checking account in 1 or 2 business days.
