I got 10e promo chip in my email. Wagering requirements 80x. Completed it and had 125e. I was then asked docs to confirm my ID. I submitted the docs and they were accepted very quickly. After that I was instructed to deposit 25e and wager it 1x. Did that. After that, I requested a withdrawal of 100e which is the maximum. The Withdrawal was accepted and it's currently being processed.

After beating a 75x playthrough (which was a _significant_ uber_ amount of play time), the casino sneakily said that I had wagered higher than a hidden limit in a legal page about promos & 1000%, canceled the promo and killed any chance of getting the withdrawal. The customer service person was more than eager to immediately (took them literally 5 seconds to tell me my withdrawal was canceled) cancel the withdrawal and remove bonuses from my account, and point out that it was entirely my fault.

No apology - no emotion - customer service just pasted the link with the hidden information about betting limits, removed my $800+ withdrawal, and said too bad. Terrible customer service and terrible software in general. The person actually said 'Don't blame us for things that are entirely your fault' - classy.

This is more than shady considering their software allowed me to bet & $25 in the first place, then claim I should have known about this.

I highly highly suggest staying away from casinos that cannot program safety measures into their slots, and also cheat people out of money whenever they can. This left a really bad taste in my mouth and I hope this review helps others from wasting their time and money when there is no chance of getting a payout.

I will never return to this casino or any of the casinos affiliated with this casino, and hope that this review makes people rethink using any of their bonuses or their software without EXTREME reading of their policies and all of their legal documentation. Even without a bonus, you may be at risk of not getting your payout because of some hidden word/sentence.

RTG payout ROI for payout seems to be quite bad here. I attempted $120 @ $2/bet on average and failed to hit any wins over $15 on 4 different games and this amount of cash lasted a total of 10 minutes - horrible. When I contacted support to let them know of my experience - get this 'I really can't help you or change the odds of the games.' Really? I was hoping you could reprogram the games for me :| Normally RTG is fairly good at giving back and paying out with minimal wins, but the games seemed to be turned down to 0% payback.
