BurningBet Casino - They refused my withdraw

Hi,

First of all, sorry for my bad English. I hope you can understand me/my point.

I will copy paste the text that I sent to complaints(at)gaminglicences.com 5 months ago. That is the only email I could find that I think could have helped me. Like you can see, I gave them plenty of time to answer or solve my case, but I have got no answer.

"I have some problems with BurningBet and now I have decided that I need to send this case to you guys to get this thing resolved. I have been in contact with them many times, but I cant get this case going further with them. English is not my first language, so I hope you understand everything I say. Sorry about that.

The problem:

They claim that i had opened an second account to their website and that is the reason why they wont accept my withdraw worth of 400€.

My evidence:

(These have attachments included in this email, so please find them with the same number. If there is no attachment, you can check my claim from the logs provided to you by BurningBet and see that everything I have said in this email is 100% correct.)

1. Like I said they are claiming that I have opened a second account and that I have done it with using my bank codes. I opened my original account using username and password.

2. In these emails they are saying that the time for the second account creation was 2021-09-07 13:01:09 (attachment 2.1) and it was made by using bank codes (att 2.2).

3. Zimpler (att 3) is their provider for online bank services for Nordea bank (the bank that i use). I asked them about my recent logs history (att 3.1). And from this file (att 3.2) you can see that I did not use my bank codes to register an account at the time BurningBet is claiming. I did made a deposit of 30€ few minutes earlier (12:58:07) after i logged in using my username and password. In this file (att 3.3) you can see where I used my bank codes (burningbet.com). The only time i used my bank codes to login into BurningBet on that day was later in the evening, after i heard about this problem from their Customer Support, just to check what is going on.


My thoughts:

I think it's very clear that I have not opened a second account. As you can see from the files from Zimpler, I did open an account using bank codes to Stelario 1st of September and Altacore N.V also owns that casino. My guess is that opening that account has somehow messed up their systems. The problem become right the next time I logged into BurningBet, after creating the Stelario account with my bank codes. But that's just my guess. The main point I have is that I have not done anything wrong.

!!!!!!!!! Its also clear by looking the times that the different events have happened, that its impossible that i could create that 2nd account. The time for my deposit was earlier than the time when the account was created, so how could I make a deposit to an account that was not even created yet at that moment. !!!!!!!!!

So yeah, that's it. It would be great if you can help me with this. I sent plenty of emails with them (BurningBet) at the time and talked in the chat, but they just didnt want to understand me and the points that make their claim impossible. In the end, they just stopped to answer me.

I have a history of working in an online casino (MGA) so I know what is allowed and what is not. Pretty much the stupidest thing you can do is to open a 2nd account. You will get caught 100%.

If you think my case is something you guys can help with, I will send you the attachments mentioned in my text if you want.

Thieves and scammers!!! Do not deal with these scammers under any circumstances! I registered - there were no complaints. I went through all the verification stages with documents and photos - there were no complaints. I made a deposit - there were no complaints. I placed bets for several months - there were no complaints. I requested a withdrawal of my honest winnings (less than 200 euros) - they say that I am a duplicate (!) and completely block my entire account with all the money! Impudent, vile, greedy scammers!!! How can I be a duplicate if you first checked my email and name when registering, then checked my face and documents when verifying, then checked the wallet number when making a deposit, then checked my playing style with IP addresses and other technical characteristics when I placed bets, and now when withdrawing funds you dare to call me a duplicate? If you do not immediately return my honestly earned money, I will make every effort to make the entire Internet know that you are not a casino, but an ordinary scammers.

Stay away from them! As far as you lose money it's all good, but once you win and try to withdraw having a positive balance, they will scam you. In my case they said i was arbitrage betting although it's not true and doesn't even make sense. When asked for specifics and any proof they stopped answering emails. STAY AWAY!!

Was 25% of the way through the very long wagering requirements of 6000 Euros and was limited to bets of around 0.02 euro (essentially 0) making it impossible for me to complete the wagering. Tried to speak to customer services who said they do not control the wagering limits however they would not waive the wagering and allow me to withdraw. Essentially this means I will forfeit all 1000 Euros in my balance and have no way of finishing the wagering.

I liked the casino with a user-friendly interface, a nice fast design, a variety of slots and the presence of game providers. Friendly competent technical support. With the withdrawal of funds, there were no problems.

I did not really like the too long time to process the withdrawal request, I would like to speed up this process. Some deposit and withdrawal methods are missing.

Warning! They do not payout! Registration and verification was fast. But when it comes to payout.. no no!

You get a bunch of options for depositing, although I didn't find either of my prefered ways, I had already created an account so I might as well give gift card or whatever you call it a try. Since those gift cards has a fee, I ended up paying €40 but was playing for a total of €30 at the casino. As it turned out the luck was on my side and I won €700.

When I go to withdraw "bank transfer" sounded like the best option. But no, I instantly got the message that I have to deposit the same way as I wish to withdraw. Not unusual. Although withdraw to gift card is not possible, "bank transfer" was not available on my deposit options. But here I discovered the interesting part. As I said you get a bunch of deposit options, you also get a bunch of withdrawing options. But! Only two of those options matched! Bitcoin being one of them. I've never gotten a crypto wallet, so that's not an option.

I looked into it once, but it seems quite hard. Which leaves me with just one option. "EzeeWallet". I did not have that, so I downloaded it and had to go through verification there as well. Only to find out that the only way to deposit for my country is by Trustly. I blocked my trustly several years ago in order to not be able to gamble everywhere. I contacted EzeeWallet to ask whether or not I could get another option to deposit, -no answer what so ever. I contacted Trustly in order to unblock myself, -they told me to get back in seven days before they could do anything, due to that I blocked it because of gambling issues.

So I contacted burning bet again, asking them to add "bank transfer" or perhaps VISA as options to deposit and withdraw. That was a big NO. And in that mail I also learned that after depositing you also have to wager your deposit a few times before being able to withdraw. As you can understand this has taken several days, so my only option was to wait additional seven days to even try trustly. Although it is SO hard to keep yourself from touching the money just lying in the casino.

So I ended up losing all of it. Of course this is what they know and counting on, that's why they make it so tough for you.

My advice? Stay the h*ll away! There are so many better casinos!
