I started playing on box24casino a month ago or so starting with a small deposit, they offer big deposit bonuses but don't be fooled by that, if you decide to use their deposit bonus it will be very difficult to complete the wagering on it and they will also block many slot providers when you have a bonus balance. After learning that I decided not to get the bonus offer and just started playing with my real cash balance deposit. After getting some lucky wins I was up to something like 1300 gbp balance and tried to withdraw it. After getting my documents verified which took 2 days or so I tried to withdraw but they stalled it so much that I had to wait and wait and after the third or fourth day of the withdrawal pending I of course reversed the withdrawal and played with my balance losing it all in the end.

They could have done better. I asked the customer support to lock my withdraw so I couldn't reverse it but that wasn't an option apparently, I also asked them if they could exclude me for a few days but I had to email them to do so.. which I myself am to blame since I didn't want to bother with that and in the end didn't.

I strongly urge other's not to use this casino even though this was partially my fault however, what's even worse is that after losing the balance they urged me to deposit more trying to offer me crazy bonuses. I can't say I will ever play again on 24boxcasino after this.

I've had nothing but poor experience with this casino in terms of customer service. The live chat is ridiculous and on multiple times I've been spoken to in an extremely disrespectful way... for example "you need to help me help urself" They don't even use proper grammar or social etiquette. I also asked to close my account and wasn't taken seriously. They say they stand behind "responsible gambling" but don't respect players requests to access this. It took two days to get an email response because live chat can't help with closing accounts/setting deposit limits! In the end they emailed me some sob story about how they care about players and offered me a bonus not to close. I have not deposited since. Don't use this casino/ not worth it!
