I am filing this complaint against Bongo.gg casino due to their ongoing refusal to process my withdrawal, despite fulfilling every verification and deposit condition they requested.

Initially, I made my deposit using Rapid Transfer. However, I was later informed that withdrawals are not possible through that method. Their support team advised me to simply make a small deposit via Skrill to unlock Skrill as a withdrawal method which I did without issue.

Since then, I have spent over a week exchanging messages with multiple support agents, being asked to submit document after document even for payment methods I never used to deposit. I have already submitted:

A valid Skrill PDF account statement

Statements for the requested card numbers

Photo selfies with passport and their messages in one picture and so on and PDFs of transactions

Additional Skrill documentation covering a broad date range

I have been fully cooperative throughout, submitting everything in the correct format and repeatedly asking what more they need. Despite this, the casino keeps delaying the process, repeating demands for the same or unclear documents, without giving a timeline or consistent explanation.

To make matters worse, I was told last week that the small Skrill deposit would be enough to enable withdrawals yet that still hasn’t happened. Now I’m being asked again for another round of documents, including a statement from an unspecified bank account, without any clarity on which one that i have not even deposited from.

It’s clear to me this is becoming a stalling tactic. I’ve done everything asked and more yet my Skrill withdrawal remains blocked.

Bongo Casino Withdraw not possible

Hello askgamblers!

I can not resolve this case. This is second complaint, first one was rejected because we all believe bookker is serious to need 20+ more documents already verified site. With multiple deposits and withdraws.

This case started 10 days ago when I made 230e withdraw Skrill My total balance is about 400e. now it is 175 because I have to play to prove I am ok customer. Anyway withdrawal was declined 2 times for no reason. 3 rd time comes e-mail with multiple document requests. It was very difficult and took several hours. It does not help that more documents needed same issue.

K.y.c knew your customer, they know me better than anyone after this. It was a safety risk me.

Verification process usually may take up to 5 business days. This timeline was broken. No time schedule told me. Some lawtext rubbish. I don't talk them anymore. Waste of time.

I have seen multiple complaints same issue, withdraws canceled and endless verification or verification waiting, weeks, or months. Casinoguru and askgamblers. Anything could happen. I see bookker try slow withdraws and avoid paying them. For me and other customers. But I take care only of myself.

I am serious, can you help me resolve this case. All I want to do is pay my small funds 175e.Then I can go to more trusted casino. My deposit was bigger than this sum.

I have multiple documents if wanted. I have send everything they ask. Believe me it was difficult, humiliated. I wan tot end this story. I am very tired I have played too much under pressure. This must be the end. As soon as possible. Their site was ok. But I can not do this anymore.

I’ve been playing here for like 5 months now and I don’t have any desire to go to other sites, I’ve never been dissatisfied with this site and it just keeps on being reliable and convenient.

As I’ve just said, never had any regrets, everything is on the top level: easy and quick registration process, instant payouts, countless games.

Bongo casino is a new casino site owned by Reinvent n.v. At first glance, the site looks good. I has a nice blue layout and the most important is that the site does not have any lagging. So it runs pretty smooth. After my registration, I went to the live chat in order to ask about the verification time process and among other things such as withdrawal time frames. I was told that the verification is not needed. I was puzzled with this answer and I tried to persuade the agent to give me directions in order to verify my account. But unfortunately i could not manage to do it.

Well, after this confusion, I decided to give it a try and make a deposit in order to take advantage of the welcome bonus. I was given a generous 120% bonus. After a fast session which lasted less than half an hour, i was very disappointed due to the reason I did not enjoy the slots as much as I wanted. I honestly do not know anything about verification time frame or withdrawal time frame.

The first thing I did not like was the rejection by the support agent to give me directions in order to verify my account. Also, more disappointed by the rejection of the support agent to accept any documents by me stating it is not needed.

Also, another thing I did not like, was the fact that the casino does not offer a welcome bonus which has consecutive match deposit bonuses or anything at all. In my opinion I believe that the casino lacks of promotions. Moreover, another negative experience I had, was the difficulty of reaching out a support agent. For example, I spent much time of waiting in order to connect to a support agent.

I like the layout of the site, the color schemes, etc. They have a good selection of slots & providers. It’s easy to follow the progression of your bonus. That’s all about the pros.

1) First, I deposited some and accepted a bonus. After I had lost it all, I had 0.01€ bonus left in my account. I requested in the chat for my bonus to be removed. In the night time the chat is very unresponsive (at least in some cases). After waiting like 2 hours to get a reply, and not getting one, I deposited more money - 500 € - this time without bonus, just raw cash, because I wanted to play more. However, I was very careful not to exceed the max bonus bet 10€ at any point, until I would receive a confirmation that the previous bonus (of 1 cent) was cancelled. However, after playing for good while, I noticed I all of a sudden had almost 200 € in my bonus balance?! I reached out to that chat and surprisingly this time there was someone right away to assist me. I was told, that since I had the active bonus (0.01€) in my account, all of my bets were deducted from my real money balance, but all of my WINS were credited to my BONUS balance, which makes absolutely no Sense at all, since my latest deposit was raw cash. And, of course, the bonus could not be cancelled anymore, but I had to do all of the requested wagering, using my own raw cash. So they made me stay up all night, wagering my own raw cash, until finally in the morning all the wagering was done and I ended up just a little bit up. They really enjoy to make people suffer like this.

2) The list of prohibited games when playing with a bonus, is extremely long. By far the longest I have ever seen anywhere. Also the games are in NO alphabetical or ANY other order whatsoever; so in order to find out if a game is prohibited or not, you need to read through that enormous list every time, which really takes a lot of time, work & effort. This is very far from an enjoyable casino experience and having a good time.

3) As I said, in night time the chat is very unresponsive & slow. Or at least when you ask them to cancel your bonus, getting a reply will take hours and hours; on other occasions you seem to get a reply a bit faster.

4) Withdrawing money has been made very slow, hard, & expensive. You can only withdraw 24 hours after your first deposit (?!), and even after that, you can only withdraw 500€ per 24 h without a fee. And no, it’s not 500€ per day, but you must wait 24 h each time after your LATEST withdrawal. So if you withdraw at 7 pm, you can only withdraw the next day at 7 pm or later. For withdrawals exceeding 500 € per 24 h, you must pay a fee of 5% - for example, 50 e for a withdrawal of 1000 e - and that’s a HUGE fee.

All in all - the experience was very frustrating, offending, humiliating, and disrespectful. After finally getting my small withdrawals, I closed my account forever, and do not recommend this site for anyone. There are loads of much better sites on the internet to choose from - just don’t waste your precious time and money on this one. The only reason I gave 2 stars is that I finally got some money out from here, so it’s not 100% scam, just 99%.

I don’t play so often, but when I have a mood to play, I do it on this site. I like everything here, deposits and payouts are really fast, the site itself works perfectly without any bugs or glitches, all in all this is a decent place.

I can’t remember anything I can complain about, this place is reliable and has high standards, which don’t seem to worsen as it sometimes happens to other sites.

Here one can get everything a player wants. You register, using just your e-mail or phone number, there is no need to fill in long forms! Promotions are great here, you get a lot of daily and weekly free spins if you play regularly. Sometimes you can get quite a large cashback. Payouts and deposits are almost instant.

Unfortunately, you can’t change the currency of your account after choosing in it during the registration, but this is really irrelevant in most cases I guess.

What can I even say? It’s the BEST site to play! I don’t know how they managed to do it, but the level of service you get is even higher than on other old well-known sites.

I have absolutely no doubts that this place was made by people, who care about their clients. I’ve never experienced any problems with money operations, just don’t forget that you need to deposit and withdraw to the same wallet. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

I had some problems with a couple of slots while using a mobile app, I reported it to support and it seems to me that they fixed it somehow, as these slots work stable now.
