I made a withdrawal on the 14th June for €1206.5.

I was then asked to submit a couple of documents for KYC. I did so the same day.

I followed this up and was told it will be 5 working days. This has more than passed. And yet still no progress.

I've followed this up and made a formal complaint.

I would appreciate any assistance you can provide with this matter.

Below I will summarize the problem:

1.December 26th-I tried to request a withdrawal via crypto, wallet was not active so I asked help. Same day, Andrew from Customer Support Team said they would investigate what the problem was. Nothing about any KYC. Later, same Andrew advised me to try another withdrawal method. Again, no KYC mentioned.

2.After 4 days of silence, Zack from Customer Support Team told me that a KYC is needed, even if they advertise no KYC for crypto(but whatever) so I must upload the required documents.

3.I uploaded all documents 10 days ago. They are still pending. No reply if I asked via email what the matter was and why the unusual delay.

4.I kept asking questions to customer support team via email. No reply whatsoever. I sent them yesterday a formal complaint trying to solve the matter internally, then a reminder today. Complete silence.

If necessary, I can provide print screens with all the emails I sent. I attach the last one.

It's more than 7 days, and verification isn't showing progress, still pending.

When I contact customer support, he doesn't know anything about the verification process.

I emailed Baze Spins support, but that doesn't work either.

I signed up and played for a bit, and then won 500€ in roulette.

I then tried to withdraw and was prompted to do a KYC process, which I did right away on the same day I registered my account and played (09.12.2025)

The website and the customer service state repeatedly that the process will take at the utmost 3 days to be completed, and I am now waiting for more than 12 days with no progress or reaction whatsoever.

I have spoken to the live chat on the website, who says they can’t do anything as they are not the accounts team, and I’ve written at least 2 emails with absolutely no response.

I am therefore lost and out of options on what to try next. I, therefore, would be very thankful for any help!

My demand is simply to get the kyc process done and my withdrawal.
