I am submitting this complaint because I won 50 dollars but I am currently unable to withdraw my funds. My documents have been pending verification for over two weeks. I have contacted customer support, but I have not yet received a clear update. I would appreciate assistance in completing the verification process and having my withdrawal reviewed as soon as possible. Thank you.
