Good thing I never deposited their. I registered an account thier, played free chips when came hear for review it says they don't accept Canadian players. Also says can't access from mobile device but I have what would of happen if I deposit and win from a casino that does not accept Canadian players but let's them play.

I get an email saying I had 25$CAN free chip and therefore to and grab it. I do, it shows up in my account. I play blackjack and win 100$. I can't withdraw the money. Talk to customer support.

They have okay customer chat support. And they helped me to make my initial deposit, with cashback offers. They are so nice and polite on chat, and write you often until you start winning and trying to request/withdraw your winning!

No phone support at all. Secondly, they asked me every single documents as if they are trying to find anything in order to prevent me to be able to withdraw my winnings. I deposited $1000, and won extra $1500. After 2 weeks arguments and after providing every single document they asked, they approved just $500 of my total withdrawal request. They are saying there is a $500 weekly limit. I politely asked Kyle (chat support agent) to provide me the terms and condition that states I have this limit. He/she said it's section 4.3. BUT section 4.3 does not contains any limitation on withdrawals. And they are not even trying to justify why they declined the rest $2000 withdrawal request.

I wouldn't call them S**M, but they are not treating me fairly at this point. And chat response became so delayed, which makes me suspicious that they are doing this on purpose!

A very good bonus offer. Even I have to say it is not very easy to fulfill the wager requirements. but not impossible like at other casinos.

Well myself I am not big fan, actually I never liked their top games, but given as a free bonus why not to try them. So that way I decided to sign up at their casino, by my mistake not reading their bonus terms. Top game and Rival both have the most no.of casinos and they both offer a lot of free money bonuses to new players. They are giving a 40$ no deposit bonus and the play through is just 40 times and this made me feel really good because big no deposit bonus and small wager. I think this is the right place for new players to try out the new games with free money bonuses.

I create an account on this casino and got to the action with the game dwarven gold. Got the wild on the third spins and then no feature for a very long time and then in the end got the treasure feature. But till then it was too late because in the middle when I was getting no action I had lost a lot of my balance. Their games were taking some good time in the loading and all. There isn't a special reason why I signed up at Black Diamond casino, I just liked the name of it. They're provided by Top Game software and I saw that they were offering 40€ no deposit bonus with 40 x wagering so I joined them.

I filled the registration form and entered the bonus code from AskGamblers and I was told that the bonus code is invalid. Then I contacted the live chat and he said that I haven't finished my registration completely, so I did that. But the bonus wasn't there anyway. And I have to say that this is the second time I have problems with ND bonuses at Top Game casinos.

The support gave me 25€ chip without any cashable options just to try the games. I haven't felt this offended by live chat before because when I just asked what's the reasons for the code to be invalid, is it my country or what, at first he didn't answer me for some time and than I was given an answer "your country's fine :D" I'm sorry but this is not how they should treat a customer.
