You can even self-exclude directly via your account profile under the ‘limits’ section. I tested this and chose to self-exclude for one day. As soon as I confirmed my choice I was logged out and lost all access to my account. Once the 24 hour period was over, I was notified through email that my account was active again.

During my second visit, I immediately asked to speak to a real agent. Here’s where the experience went downhill. Dave prodded me with questions, attempting to resolve the query itself and I had to ask to be transferred again. It took two minutes for a live agent, Lauren, to join the chat, which is quite speedy but Lauren did spend another two minutes reading my chats with Dave before asking me for further clarification.
As I was testing the chat while logged out of my account, Lauren asked for my email to continue the chat. I responded that I only had a general question: “Are payments and KYC verification processed at the same speed on weekends?” While I appreciate the attempt to be thorough, I felt that actually resolving my issue kept taking a backseat. At last Lauren clarified that although BitStarz attempts to process payments and verification just as fast on weekends, delays of a few days are much more likely.
The good news is that in the end I always got the answers I needed and I can’t fault the bots’ or agents’ polite attitude throughout the conversations, but live chat is all about efficiency and this could definitely be improved.

For players playing in Euros, USD,A UD this max cashout is set to 100EUR/USD/AUD but for bitcoin players this amount is set to 5 mbtc (28 euros roughly). My second chance free spins had a wagering requirement of 200mbtc so already I am having to wager 200mbtc for a max cashout of only 5mbtc. I had my biggest slotting win after getting a 1000x on Madame Destiny when trying to clear the wager, I screenshotted the win and was super excited about it. But then after I withdrew I got a message saying that I was only able to withdraw 15% of my balance and forfeit the rest.
