Agree with previous review that bank withdrawals are too slow, and this is not bank’s delay, but bank transfers are held pending for days with Bitstarz. This should not be the case with current transaction technology. Once approved within one hour, the transaction should be fully processed and on its way with payment provider. Delays always cause frustration to the player and are unfairly in favour of the casino.

Interface is bearable. It has a mostly working search function for the slots and table games. Funnily enough the deposit button(green) is a lot easier to find than the withdrawal button(clear).
Withdrawals are verrrry slow. For bank transfers as you can't use Australian cards, you have to be beholden to the payments team who only work 9-5 CEST Mon to Friday. This means that if you request a withdrawal Friday you may not see it processed by the payments team until the following Wednesday. Then you may have to wait an additional day for the money to actually show up in your account. To make matters worse as they don't have money they allow players to play from and because you are forced to use this bank method there is a hidden international transfer fee for everybank of about $25 for every transaction. eg. when you think you are withdrawing 500 it is actually 475.
Unfortunately they are more than happy to take as much of your money as they can instantly, but when the shoe's on the other foot and you inquire about a withdrawal that his been sitting there for 3 days they just give you the usual scripted "payments team will process...you have been queued...up to 3 working days to process." That 0-1 hours withdrawal is an outright lie as you can't withdrawal to all or any cards instantly but again, they're more than happy to take it instantly.
Also, if you happen to deposit a large amount like 500 and after playing down to 400 and win 1000(unlikely but can happen) you can't withdraw it until you've played through "wagered" your whole deposit!!! 500?! They claim this is for security, but I have a hard time believing that there isn't a better method of discerning the difference between a launderer and a genuine player. i.e. the amount of time they've played on the site and the size of the deposits, the amount of ID given to allow for withdrawal.
BEWARE!!! while delaying your withdrawal while it sits in a queue funnily enough you are allowed to "recall" your withdrawal request. This is clearly the casinos way of hoping that you get impatient, recall the withdrawal amount, lose it back to them and have to start this process all over again...This recall function should be illegal. It's completely unethical.

The deposit bonus's aren't sticky so if you deposit 100 and get the bonus 50 totalling 150, you can't withdraw anything until you've wagered 40x your bonus, in this case $2000!!!.This is also the case with any money you win during bonus free spins.
Other casinos have similar wagering requirements but this is only applicable if you go below the pure cash amount which would be below $50 from $150 in this case.
I've recently been offered some free spins...a meager 50, even though I've put through tens of thousands. However, when I tried to utilise these spins it turned out the provider these spins were for were doing maintenance so they were all unavailable. When I asked about this that is what I was told and was told to hurry up and wait and couldn't offer spins with another provider or offer me any compensation for my inconvenience.

You've been a player with us for a year, and been a loyal one too I might add, so the notion that all things are horrible at BitStarz seems a bit odd considering the options available (as far as casinos go) and your loyal play. But I understand in frustration, things can get a bit out of hand. So, for the payments team, they do work around the clock. But banks do not. Hence when we talk about withdrawal time for bank transfers, we have to measure this by bank days, not any day of the week, just as any other casino (or business for that matter). As for the fee that you're mentioning, we at BitStarz do not take any fee for your withdrawal, but your bank might, hence it's always a good idea to have a word with them prior to assuming that we're trying to take out a fee when we are not. We still have a 10 min average withdrawal time, but that doesn't mean that all withdrawals will be in your account within 10 minutes. Bank withdrawals are the slowest option unfortunately, and that goes for all casinos out there I would assume. Personally I'd love to offer more withdrawal options, but some payment options are restricted to some regions, something we have very little control over (none to be honest). Top class response when it comes to providing solution to problems, I had a slot error on my ongoing 10 free spins saying internal error that couldn't be fixed by clearing cookies and changing browsers.
