Page 18 – Player Reviews for BitStarz Casino

Good game selection.
Lightning fast withdrawals and id verification.
Customer service is exceptional.
I have played at most online casino's and have seen the good and the bad, BitStarz is simply good....very good

Nothing as yet, bonuses could be crisper but that's being picky.

Good bonuses, good support, really good casino, and they pay winnings!

Design, fees for credit card deposit. I don't have any minus !

Love everything about BITSTARZ!!! I played a few times at some of the other online casino's and even won at some of the other online casino's (never got paid at any other online casino), however @ BITSTARZ I feel like a STAR for real.... Within my first week I won and was able to instantly withdrawal over 500.00 in BTC (one win was on a random freeplay that was in my bonus box one night! The friendly and helpful support staff are awesome & I love the games and all the bonus that they offer! Seriously these guys have it down & there is nothing but loyalty and love! KEEP IT UP GUYS!

Wouldnt change a thing......Well maybe they could offer some comp points for .btc or free spins......

This is what I like the most:
1. Has "Play for fun" option;
2. Has visible winner results;
3. Deposit via Credit/Debit Card;
4. Withdraw to bank account;
5. Can save favorite games and it's easy to find them later.

This is what I dislike the most:
1. Deposit fee when use Credit/Debit Card;
2. Missing NetEnt games. At least I can not find any of my favorite NetEnt games;
3. Can not find any game which I would like to play.

Mega fast verification of documents (within 5 minutes its all done!).
A lot of different providers.
Great helpful live chat, very nice people who are really there for you.
Issues solved quickly.
Easy to use site.

Hands down the best casino I've played on so far, I even made an account just to write this review.

I wanted to say I thoroughly enjoy the games. I have had no problems with my winnings though small.

The bonuses are great little kickers just be aware that if you win big during your bonus funds, it’s actually the casino’s funds you are playing with, and not your own and so you can’t withdraw until the bonus funds have been used.

- Very fast website.
- Everything works and is well organized and explained, you can even see the wager amount rather than percentage which is big plus!
- Very fast document handing for withdrawal and helpful support
- Wagering only starts once you start to use your bonus funds, so if you win with your deposited money you get to keep them (minus bonus amount)! wagering amount does not increase with lower bets.

- Document info was a bit confusing and had to post them screenshots from my bank account few times (I used trustly to deposit/withdrawal) but it worked out in the end and was handled very fast!

Good and clear website, a lot slot providers with slots that load fast, nice offer of live games, very fast withdrawal and verifying time, a lot deposit methods (like iDeal), live support chat.

Not immediately clear for me that is isn't only a bitcoin casino. But you can use other currencies as well.

Nice and fast layout. Fast withdrawals and instant payments.

Winnings from bonuses above 100 Euro are automaticaly confiscated when a payout is attempted - but this is in T&C, and this is OK.

Good design. Fair games. Good staff thus far. I feel like this is an honest site unlike GoldenStar Casino.

I like the fact that they have free spins. I have not won big but my smaller withdraw was handled professionally. So far, 10 out of 10 for me.

They pay to winners. Good site layout and fast withdrawals.

Slow loading site.. It is what I didn't like on this gambling site. They need to fix "my bets" section of site on every profile. So many complaints about this issue raised.

bitStarz is hands down the BEST online casino that I have played at! Being from the US it is hard to find any casinos, but since bitStarz allows Bitcoin deposits and withdraws I have been able to find my online gambling home!

I have had two "big" wins, one over $100 from a $1.00 bet! The support staff are super quick (almost instant) to answer any questions you may have or help you in any way! Document verification was a breeze and all withdraw requests were processed within minutes!

bitStarz is leader of the pack for USA players and Bitcoin players, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new online casino to call home!

Best and fast live support. Fast documents verification and withdrawal. The best casino I've played.

Fantastic selection of games and helpful customer service

- Wagering requirements a little high.
- Win rate not the greatest

I came across Bitstarz casino earlier today by accident actually while I was searching for bitcoin retailers. Extremely glad I did. After looking around the site, I popped in here to AskGamblers to check out the casino as I always do. (Even though being American I can't signup through ask I've come to trust the reviews.)

Anyway. I've been playing online casinos for many years and from several countries (military) and hands down bitstarz has proven to be the best.

The layout of the mobile site is phenominal, the game selection and variety is far better than others I've played. After signing up I received 20 free spins on boomingi winning something like 9 mBTC. Swarped games a few times to check them out and have been doing so for over an hour (still on house money) RTP is fair and bet increments allow for any budget to have fun. Overall I love bitstarz and hope they last. 1st deposit will made shortly and I'll update this review on deposit and withdraw (hopefully) when the time comes. Thanks Bitstarz

My only critique at this point is with the game selection screen. Being in the US there are several games that are restricted due to my location. Unfortunately you can't tell which ones are playable or not until you select a game and it loads.

Personally I would prefer not to even see a game that is location or bonus restricted until it is playable. Or better yet have a "playable" option in the sort by menu.

Games are fun, customer service folks are friendly and helpful. Payout is FAST via bitcoin.

Would like to win more. Of course! The games seem to be high velocity but whenever I have won, it's been a lot.

This is a great and easy site to play on the games are fun and have alot of inspiring tap taps lol

I Don't Judge I Hope For Better In Return I don't think there's any worry.

I registered before 2 months ago
He gave me 10$ bouns no deposit I lose already but this was so nice from bit stars
Thanks bit stars :)

I found recently BitStarz is the top ranking casino which attracted to signup with them. But after joined there I have many negative experiences. I claimed 20 free spins on registration which they denied me. Then I deposited $20 and received 100% match bonus. But surprisingly they charged me for deposit (2.5% charge for deposit amount) which is very strange.

However I played several netent slots but it seems plenty of glitches during play. I lost all credits very fast. I don't know about their payment team where I never requested any withdrawal.

I signed-up a little over a year ago: at the time I was playing at several casinos but I now exclusively play at Bitstarz because... I have no reason to play anywhere else, they have everything a player can ask for. These guys have figured out the smart way to retain customers and it really is refreshing.

- Great game selection and smooth user experience both on desktop and mobile
- Super fast cashouts (most of the time instant to Neteller!)
- Generous bonus system - and they treat loyal players really well in addition to the automatic bonuses
- Last but not least: STELLAR support and I can't emphasize enough how important this part is...especially compared to the robotic agents over at TTR or other casinos. Mike and Chris, kudos.

Nothing. I don't think I have ever encountered any issue - or at least any issue that wasn't quickly solved by the support team.

Well known brand for all of us, but I still want to add my comment. BS has nice selection of slots, but the main highlight of this project is their live games from Evolution, strongly recommend to try

I am even don't know if it is a cons, but maybe some wager decrease would be better

It is one of the best casinos we know, a great live chat, select fast, fair play.

No negative does, maybe only one previously been better bonus.

What is there not to like about this casino? It has every game I have ever liked online! I am stoked about the payouts already! I have already forward 16 of my friends and I plan to do much more than that! I am a bitcoin seller and I WILL endorse this casino! That's not normal for me, and tbh I rarely even write reviews?

Chris the tech support "hero" with the funniest crazy rabbit I've ever seen is kind and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this casino. I will be a loyal VIP player for sure. You can count on that! Whoever your boss is Chris let them know Sam over here LOVES this place!

I was sent here by a buddy of mine who said he liked a particular game, and man he's soo right! Love that game but so many to choose from? That is so awesome! Thanks.

Nothing thus far! No words here. I love everything I have seen.

There is a very large selection of games. I had great fun a lot of selection of poker games. I was very surprised by fast deposit of money a quick withdrawal.

The bonus system is good. The system verification is very fast. I had got a great impression from the section live casino! What I want to say! Like I had a trip to Macau and played in real casinos. I played only once in this casino.
Maybe the second time will play in the nines, and write that everything is horrible!))))

I liked everything in the casino. And now I even can not believe what happens.

As I always follow AG certified casinos where BitStarz casino one of them. Its a really fantastic casino where deposit takes a second, verification takes no more than one minute then withdraw takes almost instant. WOW!! What a fantastic casino they are in 2017.

I like Nentent slots where I found slots pays very fair and huge possibility to win from here. Supports are very friendly, willing to help and funny.In my eyes, BitStarz casino is one of the highly recommended casino whom we can trust.

Slots takes a bit longer for loading but its ok. There are no more bad thing I am able to mention about BitStarz casino :)

The fastest cashouts I've seen usually instantly. Quick deposits. New Games are updated and added as soon as possible.

Friendly and very helpful live support Mike and chris. Great deposit and free spin promos. Great platform.

Nothing so far which is why I'm a loyal player bitstarz is truly number 1 casino for me personally.

Super Extra Awesome Live Support (Mike & Chris)!!
Very Fast documents verification!
Very Good withdrawal times.
Best casino ever!!

Worst thing is that there is nothing bad to say. THUMBS UP

I've signed up at BitStarz somewhere in 2016 but never made a deposit because I wasn't sure what to think about them.
Recently I noticed that BitStarz getting more and more positive reviews and to me that was very helpful because positive feedbacks are scarce since the arrival of rogue casinos.

My experience with BitStarz was and is still great but I have to be honest, I wanted my account to be verified first before handing over my money to them therefore I took the liberty of using their upload document feature. Normally 1 business day should be enough for them to verify my account but apparently it wasn't, so I gave them another business day because they might be too busy for it. Next day in the afternoon, still not verified. I might sound hasty and believe me I am a very patience person, so I contacted live chat regarding this and he said the documents will be checked when a withdrawal is requested. Well I need them verified first before making a deposit I said, the guy was nice and helpful and he checked my documents, within a minute my documents were verified. That was the fastest account verification ever! And I like it.

Making my first deposit was easy and my first deposit bonus was added instantly. I know for a fact MrSlotty and Habanero are the latest gaming provider and they are only available at this casino and just a few others. MrSlotty sounds very cheap but that didn't stopped me from trying them and boy very disappointed I was. Why was I disappointed you may ask? Well, see it for yourself.

Habanero in this case is a very interesting software, I have tried a few of their latest slots and also the oldest ones and I like the latest games more. I do believe Habanero will be one of the best gaming software in the future. Next to MrSlotty and Habanero, BitStarz has a few other softwares including NetEnt.

Payments went very fast, I was stunned when I saw my payment was processed within 30 minutes, I expected about 12 hours or more.

Live chat support are always there, sometimes there's a waiting list but that's always better than email support. I will keep playing here and I know somewhere in the future I will cashing out a few grands.

2 things I dislike a bit :
1. Webpage loads slower than others.
2. Free spins added in batches, I would prefer getting them all once.

Paid 5$ to play and receive the welcome bonus won 953.00 on slots. was paid by recheck direct deposit within 2 banking days. Safe secure fun and got my winnings fast would definitely recommend this site!

One of the best casino I have play. Withdraws instant... just perfect Bitstarz !

Now the only thing is theMICROGAMING unavailable anymore this is crazy... Common Bitstarz PLS fix the issue players like me waiting for microgaming back... tnks
