Top class response when it comes to providing solution to problems, I had a slot error on my ongoing 10 free spins saying internal error that couldn't be fixed by clearing cookies and changing browsers. Then I reached out to support chat and they went to mailing the game provider which my issue was resolved within 10 mins. And made a withdrawal request that was approved and went to my account in less than a minute.

Opted out of bonuses, as was aware that there are many conditions associated. Nonetheless haven’t been able to stop offers of free spins etc ie no deposit bonuses. Tried them out of curiosity. Turns out my free spins earn me $75 which I turned into $1050 playing a table game. I inquired, was told that the wagering requirement of $3030 imposed on the $75 earned from free spins required 20 x on table games ie $60600 wager (5% of real wagering earnt). Furthermore max bet is limited to $5 per round. Not wanting to age trying to cash out some money by having 12000 rounds, and likely already contravened the $5max bet condition I forfeited the bonus.....
