Page 12 – Player Reviews for BitStarz Casino

Probably the most trusted casino ever online and I have played in many casinos but this one is on a different level. They verify documents within minutes. I made a $5000 withdrawal and the money was in my account the next business day even though I’m with an Australian bank. The customer service is fast and very helpful, unlike other casinos, they give you detailed responses. Great casino. Will be using this casino more frequently - Mobin jahed

There is nothing bad about this casino. Everything is great, although they charge a 2.5% fee for any deposits via visa. That is the only bad thing I can think of.

It's a good casino with generous welcome bonuses and recurring promotions.
They have good customer service too.
It's definitely part of my top 5, I recommend it!

The only main thing that I dislike about Bitstarz casino is probably the fact that they have fees for some payment methods such as credit cards or skrill...

Anyone who plays at bitstarz well they already know how great this casino is but if your looking for a new one or first time player this casino is headache free, easy to verify and fast payouts.

Lack of loyalty bonus only from time to time I will say. Some months with go by without anything at all then you will get alot. The more you play the more they offer.

BitStarz Casino - honestly THE BEST CASINO by far. I did play many different casino's but this one is one of the best. I deposit money into my account. I did play a bit, I decided to cash out... Using E-Transfer right about next day less than 24 hours the money was already in my account. The best feeling ever. I didn't have to wait 3-5 days till money will come to my bank it just happen almost instantly. The best feeling ever :) I think I said that already LOL because it is. Would I recommend my friends to come play ?? I think some of my friends are already playing. Yes, I would recommend to stop by this casino and see it for your self. Good Luck Guys!!!
My nickname is "BJ15" if you see me at the tables playing BlackJack, don't be a stranger - say HI :)

Concern for the safety of players. Generous free spins gifts. Professional customer support. Very fast payouts. This is undoubtedly the best casino. There is always a desire to return here again and again ...

One of the longest standing and consistent online casinos I've played at. Support is always there if you need anything, and withdrawals are always quick regardless of amount. What's great is that they accept bot fiat and crypto, so you get the best of both worlds. You can even convert your BTC into Euro so that you can play PlayNGo games as well as other game providers who only accept fiat. Then when you withdraw, you can withdraw back to crypto. Definitely no other provider I've found that makes it this easy. Free spins are legit that they provide, I just cashed out a free 0.5LTC from Wednesday free spins :) They don't hassle you when you get such free wins, like most other casinos do (bunch of sore losers).

Bitstarz has all of the best game providers (Endorphina, Playngo, Netent, Microgaming and many more), and they also have Evolution live table games which are always great to play as well. Overall I recommend this casino, they really have their stuff together for the most part.

Their VIP program could use a little work. I do receive 10% lossback every week, so if I lose say 1ETH, I'd get back 0.1ETH and there is no playthrough on it for you to withdraw. Other than this, there really aren't any benefits that I've seen, and I've played pretty big wagers before here. They do have "wager contests" for slots and table games separately, but because of how big this casino is, you really need to be a whale to even get up on it. I wish they made the Level Adventures a little more fitting to the average player. 90% of us will never get anywhere near the end of the adventure for the grand prize, or even 3/4ths of the gifts offered.

I feel comfortable when I am playing there. The most thing I liked there is instant withdrawal system. So its all good :) They have a lot of slots on their site which I like a lot.

Once the support was a little rude to me, but other times support was excellent to me, but I don't mind if someone is having a bad day. I don't like with the terms but that is on me.

I like this site. Lots of games and a good website appearance.

They process withdrawals instantly. So I'm not very worried if I win some money.

I also like their free spin bonuses if you reach a certain level. Very fun for me.

The limit on live casino games is very small. 300 mBTC for Baccarat and 100 mBTC for Blackjack. I hope they can raise this limit.

Sometimes it fails to place a bet on a live casino. Maybe it's because of an error or something else and it's very annoying.

I automatically or forcibly activate a deposit bonus which I don't like with the terms and I have to cancel manually.

Bitstarz is one of the really good casinos out there. I play regularly. They have a lot of slots on their site which I like a lot. Also cashouts are quick. But one time support was a little rude to me.

Once the support was a little rude to me, but other times support was excellent to me. So its all good :) Maybe support was having a bad day :) Still love this site!

The bitstarz casinos is pretty awesome with a lot of features which a gambler needs. I feel comfortable when I am playing there. The most thing I liked there instant withdrawal system we all need money fast lol. Awesome casino try it to have an amazing fun :)

This is my go to casino no need for another. Cashouts so fast and easy great game selection. Customer service is top notch.
Literally zero concerns

Nothing to dislike I had a no deposit bonus got to 1500 tried to withdrawal and they replied right away saying 100 is max AND show you were in tos it is. Just a great casino

The bonuses are awesome. Bitstarz is the best casino I've played at, by far. Smartphone friendly site. Online chatting is very helpful. I have missed one of my bonuses and it was expired but after giving them the message, they gave me my bonus back. Slot variety is a strong side of this casino.

Complaints and if - there is good live support. Mostly great. Possible rare technical issues. No mobile application, not optimized for not chromium browsers.
All that points is not more than small things that will be for sure resolved by technical support after we ( players ) telling about issues.

Bitstarz is the best casino I've played at, by far. My documents are approved almost instantly, even on weekends, and their withdrawal process is lightning fast. They have a great range of games, and they give regular small bonuses. Keep up the good work, people!

Nothing so far. I have been told that the negative part of this review is too short! So I'll write some more words to make sure it is acceptable. I really have nothing bad to say.

Awesome casino. Have been. With them for over a year now and had a few decent wins. Would recommend to all new players. Real awesome for bitcoin aswell.

Could have a few more free bonuses and more noticeable or more frequent notification alerts or symbols but apart from that no complaints and if there is good live support 😁

Needs Texas holdem poker one thins many casinos don't have that I think should be added to all. Possible rare technical issues. No mobile application, not optimized for not chromium browsers.

Great support who really care, regular bonuses and free spins, withdrawal of funds in fee minutes, nice site design, many different slots, interesting tournaments.

The best thing about Bitstarz is their support, no matter when day or night, they are active in live chat to answer any questions. Also, the games in this casino somehow payout more often and I could see more big win than other casino even though the game came from the same providers( I got a win of 2k in just second spin with the bet of $2).

Even though the games pays, but they only pay once at the begin and will rarely pay good. The wager is a little too high, and bonuses games most of the time are useless with lowest bet and barely see any winning. So dont put too much hope when you playing free spin.

RTP is low for same game compared to some other casinos. In my experience I have seen some slot giving frequent bonuses but in this casino you will rarely get bonus in the same game. Commission for depositing money.

Best online casino i have ever played at. Fast withdrawals, amazing support, lots of games. Works very will on mobile. Free spins and bonuses every friday.

Fastest withdrawals. Straight forward KYC requirements. Almost instant (1 confirmation) btc deposits. Free spins. Weekly bonuses etc. This is one of those casinos where everything just works. There's no fidgeting with mobile display on certain slots, there's no glitches in their site. everything is just as if the gambling gods came down and pissed champagne from the heavens unto this domain and voila, the perfect casino was there. I have registered and play at over 15 different online casinos and bitstarz has totally blown away all others with their responsiveness, user interface, ease of withdrawals and deposit.

These guys have been solid, no BS, fair, and straight up. Usually I play here when I've had some rough luck at brick n mortar casinos and I end up in hotel room playing on bitstarz. There was one specific experience that really made me a believer in Bitstarz. I was finishing up my day and opened up their alladin themed slot while I wind down. I set it to auto spin and step away to brush my teeth - when I returned I had one just under 1 BTC.. It was my largest withdrawal yet so I had expected some issues. I withdrew half to my btc wallet and waited.. in about an hour it was with me. the next day I tried the other half and it was flagged - again I ad expected some issues but surprisingly, the interaction went extremely well. completed some KYC requirements (e-wallet screenshot, passport, bank cert) and within the day I had received my complete withdrawal.

They don't make money grow on trees.. yet.... I've had certain games that only allow you to play in certain currencies, so that might be a little bit annoying at first, but most banks will let you charge other currencies (eur, usd, cad, etc.) and my bitcoin exchange converts most crypto currencies for free.. other than that these guys are great.

Deposited $20 the other day...first slot played $2 spin hits $ 6555 CAN. I had a 50% bonus so the funds were not available for withdrawing but the chat is unbelievably helpful. They walked me through clearing the bonus, had some issues with VISA withdrawal so did Bank Transfer. Tons of game, great reviews, big wins.... I wish i found this casino years ago!!!!

Thanks to all the people at BitStarz

Bitstarz is an excellent gaming platform with a couple of issues regarding customer service. I think that this is a result of their huge success recently and it is getting better recently. Enjoying the promotions and tourneys but hard to get on the VIP ladder here it seems.

I have played numerous sites and this has a big variety of the best games, and the layout and site navigation is better than any others out there .Also the bonuses for depositing are the best. Free games are on decent games with a choice, unlike some sites. Withdrawals were quite quick before, but now they are almost instant. The best site for me

Cannot think of anything bad to say about this site except that when they are waiting for documents to confirm your withdrawal, they don;t notify you until you ask why it hasn't gone through

Most likely one of the top ten online casinos out there, with all suitable options for all kinds of gamblers. I love to play here and deposit now and then. For the payouts you get it in a day or two which seems excellent for me.

The bonus offers should be better for loyal customers, especially if they deposit often, let's say min. few times on a weekly basis. Otherwise than that nothing to complain about.

I literally just pushed the cash out button at Bitstarz ... then I jumped tabs & signed up for an account here at AskGambler, The cashout is already processed and deposited in my wallet! Zero Hassle or excuses--->>> [$5k+]

I won big today! I won with a very large amount of money from the Live Blackjack and Aztec Coins slot games.
But wait, that's not something important that I want to say in this review. Because you can win a lot of money on every gambling site.

The most important thing is, they processed my withdrawal instantly!
Unlike other gambling sites, they don't suspect us of fraud and hold back withdrawals for a very long time.

They also have all the games from famous providers.

I'm really happy now. Maybe I will use a little of my winnings to promote their site using my affiliate link.

Nothing. Bitcoin deposits are processed after 1 confirmation, instant withdrawals, lots of games, good support.
Everything looks very good to me for now.

Simply the easiest casino to play at! Lightning fast no hassle withdrawals! Played at other casinos where you basically have to beg them to pay you and go through their 2 week approval process. Not here you win you cash out and get paid instantly! The staff is friendly and super helpful! Especially Nick their casino manager is amazing!

Nothing to dislike like. Never had issues or problems that the staff was not able to resolve. They are fast in responding to issues! So nothing bad or anything to dislike!

I've enjoyed playing online with Bitstarz, staff is quite friendly & helpful & they have some of my favorite games. Good luck I've just voted for you again!!

There isn't anything I dislike to be honest, layout is great, games are fun, staff assist quickly & my experiences to date have only been positive. However the only thing I wish hadn't of changed was when the minimum deposit changed from $5.00 to a huge $20.00. Would be great if the minimum amount could change to at least minimum $10.00.

What's there not to like!! I enjoy it thoroughly and if there ever is a stuff up (very rare) they are quick to fix it! Games and payouts are great also!

Not much I don't dislike at all on this site great job keep it up !
