The only problem that has arisen in the last week was quite disappointing to see on my bank statements that the last 6 deposits were taken out in Russian dollars and was therefore charged additional foreign transaction fees.
I’ve only ever deposited in Aus $ and was only expecting the normal 2.5% processing fee. I only ever deposit small amounts so now with the foreign transaction fees the amount is much higher.
I have contacted the casino who explained that their usual merchant withdrew from accepting deposits from AUS and had put this in place in the meantime.
This is annoying as if you deposit small amounts it can equate to closer to 10% of your deposit which with my calculations voids the extra benefit of playing over land-based casinos considering RTP on machines.
A positive though is that the casino has been very forthcoming even suggesting ideas of different deposit methods that may assist. Unfortunately for me I’m quite an old school and prefer the direct deposit and withdrawals using my bank account.

I like that they offer e-transfer for deposits & withdrawals and the two withdrawals I have done have only taken 2 days as opposed to other casinos which only offered bank withdrawals which take 5 days. Lots of slots and games, good titles. But besides that, just like any other online casino: same games, same design, same bonuses. The Japan thing is kind of nice.
Glitches and server reloads while playing. Also I made sure to receive the rewards before my first deposit, but support says I changed my settings before the deposit. Yes, I did get the bonus as I was set not to receive bonuses at first.

The withdrawal or Cashout process was very confusing.
It’s not like the explanation on the process is understanding.
1. I have had to talk to Alexia, Yulia, and 2 other people and each person had a different perspective of what I had to do to withdraw.
