I cannot say there is anything I dislike. I'm trying to think of anything negative about this casino but I have only had good experiences playing here.

The wagering was 40x, with 20 euro deposit u receive 22 euro bonus money and have to wager 880 euro. Originally I was thinking 40x wager for the deposit+bonus, but it is only for the bonus which you get. That's actually pretty good, compared to other casinos.

Verification process was kinda annoying. You need to upload a lot of documents, if something does not look legit for them, like utility bill etc. you need to upload again. I went to my bank to take bank statement, my bank even charged me 5 euro for the document, but when I uploaded it, it was rejected for some reason and it was legit document from my bank. They told me to upload pdf file from my online banking account, which was accepted and withdraw was processed instantly.

Overall that's small issue, because you need to do verification only once.

From my personal experience, I only encountered one bad experience with bitstarz after a win of 1k I had the winning confiscated. Unfortunately I never chased my case. Used to be a very good casino. Fast customer service fast withdrawal but I think too much good reviews made them felt overpowered. Played since 2017 but putting a stop indefinitely

Recently, I wanted to withdraw 8k AUD but it was delayed. It was out of the norm, usually it was lightning fast to withdraw to Neteller. There are so many online casinos that accept bitcoin but BitStarz by far is the best one that I have come across. The last few months I've had problems with deposits. However, you only receive the Daily Freespins and/or the Friday Loyalty bonus if you have deposited, and the Friday Loyalty Bonus is a fluctuating amount week to week - it is based on how much you have deposited, so saying these are "no deposit bonuses" when you infact have to deposit in-order to receive them makes 0 sense in my mind. When I first started with them earlier this year they have processed a CAD withdrawal for me (of $300-$400CAD) from winnings accrued from the Friday Loyalty Bonus which exceeded the limit they put in place - however more recently, earlier this month when I attempted to withdrawal $2000EUR from a Friday Loyalty Bonus, had $1400EUR still in my account and playing with it and then it logged me out, couldn't log back in, and when I finally got in I had $100EUR in my balance, and my request to withdraw was discarded. This situation is has made me realize the flaw in their bonus system, and appears to be circumstantial and not consistent.

I love Bitzstar as I always play big and sometimes I won big ( 10k,15k,20k ) everytime it goes so smooth with them and I have a trust for Bitzstar. Until a day ago I played big bet some games 200$ per spin , some games $30 per spin. I won 30k at first and I withdrawals. After 4 hours when I checked it was still pending.
