I played at betatcasino. i send documents to verifie myself 2.11.2016. finally they verified me 8.11.2016. and after that i put the withdraw request. it says 4 hours and still i have not got the money. i asked it from the chat and they say that it might take five days alltogether but now its been 11 days...and every time i ask from the chat they send a ctrl+v answer that they are processing it.

I signed up at Betat Casino and provided my verification documents by email on 4/10/16. The terms stated that it could take up to 5 days for the verification to be completed. I have since been on Live Chat and email asking for an update, with very generic responses such as: -The delay is due to the extraordinary high volume of UK players verifying accounts at the moment. -Unfortunately the verification team still do not have an exact time frame for when your account will be verified. -We are doing our utmost to speed them up as much as possible I was also told that verification would be completed by the end of last week (21st October) and have still not heard back from the team. I would like the casino to confirm the verification process and allow me withdraw from my account as it has been well over the 5 days they said it would take.

BETAT Casino - Winnings Not Received Yet

On Sat 14 May 2016, I requested a withdrawal of £100. On May 17, 2016,, I contacted support to ask when I would receive funds. Casino replied on same day informing me that withdrawal had been ''processed from our end 14/05 from that day and on it takes 3-5 working days for the transaction to be complete due to bank procedures'' On May 18th 2016, I received a message which stated the casino had received news this week from their credit card processing partner that they are experiencing a technical issue and would i prefer a bank transfer. I agreed and sent over my bank account details for the transfer. Again on May 18th 2016, I received a meassage stating: "We have reprocessed your withdrawal via Bank Transfer. You should receive your funds within 3-5 working days" On May 24th 2016, I contacted support to clarify if I would receive funds next day as tha would be the 5 business days over and I recieved a reply stating "Yes, should receive your funds by the end of the day tomorrow. However, if you won't kindly get back to us so we can look into it" I have sent an email every day since 24th May but have had no response.

I've logged in a week ago without a problem and now they closed my account for this reason. Please help me, i have deposit alot of money on this casino. Can i have it back or what can i do? BETAT Casino took my winnings 2300 euros and closed my account

Hello, this is something that really pisses me off and that is BETAT casino. The worst casino i have ever been in. So lets start with the facts. Few weeks earlier i decided to join BETAT and deposit. I received their bonus and started playing the slots with bets like 0.60-0.90. After a few hours i had 400 euros. I went to live chat and said that i wanted to withdraw. They told me they had to verify my account and this procedure may take up to 5 days MAX! So i decided to send my docs also i contacted the live support agent in order to see my docs and see if they are okay. She insured me that everything was fine! So i waited. At the 5th day they sent me an email asking me to send a new copy of my bill! So i sent ti the same day. And waited another 5 days! So 10 days they were looking at my account details and everything. Meanwhile while i was witing i decided to hit the slots again! Before i begin i contacted the live support in order to be sure that there wasnt any limit at max bet! The agent ensured me that i could play now the slots with whatever bet i wanted! The max bet i hit was 5 euros. Thats it nothing more nothing less. So suddenly i hit a few good rounds and made up to 2500 euros! At the 10th day the y sent me an email ensuring me that my verification was completed with full success! I was really happy so i decided to play 200 euros and left my balance to 2300 euros. Then i decided to withdraw 900 euros 900euros and 500euros. 3 withdrawals via skrill! So those withdrawals were made at 13.05.2015 the first two and the last one was made at 15.05.2015. At the casino they say for the first withdrawal may take up to 5 days max! So that was kinda weird but i decided to wait. 1 day later, at night i entered the into my ccount and i left my zenmate on(app that hides you id in order to have defence for your personal details which was sent by BITSTARZCASINO in order to check from my pc a technical issue!) i just entered to check when i had requested my withdrawals. Next day they sent me an email telling me that they found something strange on the ip and i ensured them it was me who entered the account and i was just looking the dated of when i reueted the withdrawals. But the thing is i didnt play any slot! Because all my money was pending! So as far as i know i was okay. The other day i contacted the live support, in order t o see when will i have my money that was at the 18.05.15 wich as they advertise it was supposed to be the last day in order for my money to come. They told me they sent an email, informing me about something. but i never got that email. So i asked the live support to tell me whats going on, she jsut sent me an email. The email was somethingthat they founs strange on my p and they were matching it wtih something else someone else, and i didnt quite understand what was going on! So i asked the agent to explain it to me. she just said that. ''i dont know''. The were accusing me over some bunch of stuff having no proof at all, and me not knowing what is really going on! So i asked again and again about my withdrawals because the time frame that they were advertising was over the limits. They told me that on my case it will take more time. Because my account was under some investigation. I asked again thew reason of the investigation and i got the same i dont know answer. I asked when will i have my withdrawals the same again ai odnt know. I told them to give me a time frame they just couldnt give me. Like they were trying to tell me we just dont want to pay you back. I also tried to be friendly with with live agent and the agetn was trying to accuse me more and more, like i did something etremely bad. It was like you couldnt talk with them, because they ere like specialized species in order to accuse you for nothing! Really misbehaved people. Today at 20.05.15 i contacted for the last time the live support. Contacted eith the manager, a very unfrienfdly manager, but at least he game me a time frame for my withdrawals. Well he corrected me. He said you wont have a response for your withdrawals but for your account. Like everything was set up. for me not to get paid. Well as you can see this is the email i got. I DIDNT HAVE THE CHANCE TO TAKE SCREENSHT ENOUGH SECREESHOTS BECAUSE THIS CERTIFIED CASINO MANAGED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. i contacted the support again told them to call me becaus that accusation was serious and i was about to call my lawyers in order to send the lawsuits. The agents were very very unfriendly and they said jsut that. Wer are not allowed to speak to you anymore goodbye. i askded them npow that they know to give me the reason of fraudent. They still couldnt give it to me. IM REQUESTING MY 2300 EURO WINNINGS BEFORE ITAKE THE DRASTIC MEASURES.

BETAT Casino - Refusing to refund although I'm under self-exclusion agreement with another of their brands

Back in February/March, I self-excluded with SlottyVegas (a NRR Entertainment Limited casino). On 15th April 2015, I stupidly open an account with betat.co.uk (also owned by NRR Entertainment Limited). After depositing & losing £1,200 I noticed this and asked for a refund on the basis they should have prevented me from signing up etc (same details, email address etc.). They followed my complaint up by agreeing that I was self-excluded, however, because I never specifically stated I had a gambling problem, they were under no requirement to actually enforce my self-exclusion requirement. Yes, the casino admitted that they do not take all self-exclusion requests seriously! I also pointed out that the website is displaying the licence number for an LGA (now MGA) licence, and that the link to NRR Entertainment Limited's MGA licence does not list betat.co.uk as a valid casino under their licence. They claimed the casino was licenced and to check with the MGA. The MGA link that they proudly display on their website clearly details that the website is not covered under their MGA licence. To summarise: - Casino states they are MGA licenced, but casino not covered under said licence (prominently displayed on their website) - Casino fails to take self-exclusion requests seriously by openly admitting they will not enforce requests if you don't specifically mention the phrase "gambling problem" To address this: - Refund the £1,200 I deposited and lost Why? Because I am a self-excluded user; You openly admitted that I am self-excluded but you do not take self-exclusion seriously unless we state "gambling problem" and also because you claim the website is licensed by the MGA, but it is not listed in the relevant MGA licence.

I won £13,800 after depositing £150 and receiving a £150 bonus. I received an email asking me to send my documents for verification and before I could send them received another email saying: 'Please be informed that your account has been flagged for fraudulent behaviour. Due to this, we are required to terminate any direct line of communication with you immediately. Kindly note that it is also our legal obligation to forfeit any winnings from your account and close your account with immediate effect. No further correspondence on this matter will be entered into directly with yourself, due to the fraudulent nature of your activity. However, we advise that you raise this case with the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta who will act as the legal mediator between both parties. We will present our findings to them at their request.' So with no explanation other than ‘fraudulant activity’ they have closed my account and removed my winnings and refuse to communicate with me. I have not committed any fraudulant activity and don't know how they have come to this conclusion.

BETAT Casino - Closed my account and not willing to return my legal money

It was back to Nov 12th 2014,after I deposited my last paysafecard,and played won back I lost money there,made withdraws only after hours they claimed investigated my account,without responds from them ,on Dec 12th 2014,I received an email from them,the investigatioon was completed,and would not pay me winning from casino(in fact,thats all my own money,my latest deposited and lost money there) alsothey claimed will remain my account,but while I checked back,my account was blocked by them.whatever I contact,they did not responded.the total money are about 3300euros,those are all my legal money!It is unfair they not return my own money!!!

Made my first registration on the 29/06/2014 with100 credits got 100 welcome bonus ,deposit a second 100 GBP and got 100 credit bonus, played only video slots started with Avalon and played 6 credit a hit and had a winning of 3 Gbp and I have doubled up until reached just over 3 K then played different slots with not more than 6 GBP, finished the wagering and made a withdrawal. They offer the same as most online casino's out there. NetEnt, Microgaming, the works.

However when it comes to there terms & conditions. please be careful because they have a vigorous approach towards "self exclusion", they couldn't care less about the customer, only money. That's how they stole my confidence from me, there no fairness in this market, only hate towards customers, no decency to reach out and settle a complaint.

There lines of defense is to excuse you and block you from contact.
