Took too long for verification especially at weekends and then having to wait several working days for first withdrawal to reach account, customer service is not 24 hours, twice my bonus did not activate even though 100% I did add the correct code at the time of deposit due to this repeated fault and been accused of not entering the code when I did and no customer service available at the time I took the decision to self exclude due to the frustration.

What do I Dislike: Ok guys there's this little tiny problem that I have in Regards to Ecopayz
ok so rules are rules and that's fair enough but on balance it would be nice if you guys could
be a little bit more negociable in regards to the primary withdrawal method.

I mean I really can't see the issue with wanting to start using ecopayz and then start making
withdrawals to it ...there shouldn't be a requirement of having to complete X amount of money
with say Neteller to make a simple withdrawal. If one deposits with Ecopayz one should be able to withdraw with Ecopayz isn't that Fair Enough? Just some food for thought guys.

I dont like that I requested a withdrawal on the 9th My first withdrawal as I'm a new member. I sent in my ID for verification and was all ok. I know it time withdrawal takes up to five days but then I'm being told there is a random security check on my game play by the provider and no one seems to know how long it takes so just have to wait til they have had notification, then they will pay out .. seems alot of waiting to be honest.
