BestCasino - Missing Balance & Support Not Responding

On 9 November 2017 I contacted Bestcasino that my balance of 101,51 euro was missing. They acknowledged the problem and told me the "Poker Manager" (I have no clue why him, I only played Blackjack) had to be contacted and they would get back to me soon. (chat-log, last bets and last transactions attached) On 17 November 2017 I still hadn't heard a thing so I contacted chat support again. There they assured me they would get back to me as soon as possible. (chat-log attached) On 21 January 2018 I was still waiting for an e-mail, so I decided to e-mail them myself demanding to address the issue. (mail attached) On 14 February 2018 I had still no response, so I contacted chat support again. They were busy and told me they would get back to me and to leave a message (chatlog attached) On 15 February 2018, after trying to contact chat-support a few times I was contacted by e-mail asking to describe the problem. I explained what happened earlier and I was told that I would be contacted the next day. (mail attached) Now it's 19 February 2018 and they still haven't addressed the issue. BestCasino - Delayed payment due to problems with Skrill?

I deposited on 8/7/16 via skrill and won £300, withdrew this on the same day. Part of what drew me to best casino was the quick withdrawal times, not in this case! After chasing them up on online chat, several different people said 'I will ask payments to hurry up' what ever that means! Managed to email Henrik, found his email address via this site. Although helpful the issue is still not solved. He claims there are problems with skrill (although not when reposting money surprisingly!) His solution was to refund the money back into my account today 13/7/16 and withdraw via a different method. As I've only deposited via skrill it won't let me withdraw any other way. I've emailed Henrik 3 times since but no reply. I've now withdrawn the amount again via Skrill and am waiting. It's bad that it's been refunded back to my account as the temptation to play took over but I managed to withdraw the same amount, around £307. I just can't understand what the delay can be. There is a reason that most complaints centre around these newer casinos and none of the reputable ones. I liked Best Casino but can't see myself staying after this.

Hi I'm having problems getting a payment resolved as I am unable to speak to the payments team only getting fobbed off by support. The payment is only for a small amount €300 however I have now closed the account and as payments are usually processed within 48 hours it should not take a week which it has now. I have spoken to support a few times but keep getting fobbed off with them saying they have no idea how long this will take and that I can't speak to payments or that they won't contact me. BestCasino - Part of withdrawal withheld and no contact from customer service

Made a withdrawal of £800 from the casino, subsequently excluded myself. After a bit of chasing I receive £400 on one card I used, and £350 on another. £50 is still in my account according to customer services. Have been speaking every day to the support team for the past 2 weeks, each time being told that it will be escalated to the payments team who will contact me. No one has contacted me during the entire time. Was finally advised to email Henrik a manager who has not responded either. I cannot understand why the full withdrawal I requested was not made, nor why no one can give me a clear answer or time frame. All I want is to receive my money and I will be free of this casino. Very unhappy with the way this casino is treating someone who has spent a lot of money at the site.

BestCasino - Payment delayed for 2 weeks

Hi, I requested a withdrawal on 22 June from this reputable casino. On the same day, I asked for my account to be closed for responsible gambling reasons. The casino followed my request but has not yet approved the withdrawal 2 weeks later. I have politely followed up by email a few times and when I get a response it is apologetic but comes to nothing - they just say they will ask Finance to hurry up. On Live Chat today the assistant apologised and said the Finance department has "a lot to do". I'm sure that's true, but I can't understand why it takes 2 weeks to approve a simple withdrawal. Hi, Askgamblers ,i have joined in Bestcasino 1 year . Since i have continued lost more than i could handle it . so on 17th, 11.2015 , i went to my account page ,there is responsible gaming section ,then i made myself 7 days break time , immediately my account was closed . But the next day i went to casino and wanted to play again ,the live support told me that actually i should wait at least 7 days then can make request to reopen my account , but he can re-open it for me earier and at the same time he re-opened my account let me deposit and played. well. so why has responsible gaming ? I believe the casino should take responsible gaming seriously . I made myself 7 days break , but you help me be able to gamble again? The casino should not open my account since i wanted take a break. Base on those i demand the casino refund my deposits because the casino did not take my responsible gaming seriously . Bestcasino is a really great casino and even though I had heard about them before on many pages, I never registered there just because I had no deep information about them, I hadn't heard anything bad about them but I usually think twice before depositing in a casino that is not on AskGamblers site.

I saw them added here recently and the same day I decided to make a deposit there because of two things- they have my favorite software Netent games there and secondly- they have a wonderful welcome bonus.

First I registered there and saw there were 20 free spins on Starburst for me. Quite awesome since I know this campaign was from last year and was still running. I played the spins, hit a big win and won almost 6€. Then I went to Twin Spin, hoping to meet wagering but that didn't happen and I lost all quickly. After that I visited live chat and asked a few questions about the welcome bonus and couple of hours later deposited 30€. Immediately I got match bonus of 30€ and 100 free spins on Gonzo's Quest. In Gonzo I won 21€ and altogether I had 81€ balance and had to wager little under 1800€ since the wagering was only for the bonus and free spins. The whole time I played Twin Spin and didn't place higher bets than minimum but only twice I had big wins and the biggest one of them was 9€. Needless to say, I lost all my money.

I had a wonderful time at Best casino and right now I can say they are worthy their name. I had no technical problems, support was always in a hands reach and always friendly. At the end I asked support if they had any other promotions but unfortunately at the moment they didn't. Another great casino on AskGamblers newest casinos list, with really nice look on their website with only NetEnt games which are my favorite slots to play. Established in 2005 with Malta licence, so far I haven't read any negative comments neither complaint, makes them one of the decent and most trusted casino I know of. Best Casino, with their name I guess being that long as on online casino and we all know how much competition they have this days, but they still remain one of the trusted and safe casinos where we can play.

They might be more then best if considering to add some other software such as Microgaming or maybe giving wager free spins, would make them more then Best I guess. Their welcome offer is pretty friendly, they are offering 100% match deposit bonus with wagering only the bonus given, that's x 35, so only the bonus and the 100 free spins on Gonzo Quest wit the same wagering, I can say again friendly and unique offer they have.

Back then they were offering 20 free spins on Starburst slot for any new player joining their casino, so of course I took their nice offer, sign up and opened my account. Back then I didn't know much about them, but still googled a bit and finding only good positive comments that was all I needed to hear or read, so I can make my first deposit there. I played the free spins and played Gonzo Quest till I spend my last penny, but I guess luck wasn't at my side and waste the money pretty fast and ended with zero.

I have made deposits here, even so I like the casino, I have never succeed to make a withdraw, but I guess that's my mistake because we all strive for more. Well you want more at the end you'll end up with one big potato. Well is till enjoy playing there and will visit them again, so hoping maybe next time it will be y lucky visit there.
