Can't access account with funds in it

I used to play all the time here and recently i sent a deposit mistakenly to this account. I try to access the account and i can’t. They tell me that i have no access and cant access my funds. I am trying to withdrawl my deposit as it was sent in error. Support lies to me and says that i never made any deposits ever. I have the transaction hash and wallet and screen shots from coin base that show this transaction. I can’t get recovery to respond and it feels like im being stolen from.

Casino wants me to deposit again 35 USD to solve the error

I created an account at BC.Game.us

When opening an account, BC.Game.us gave 35 dollars free coins. I was lucky to win several prizes, and I applied for cash out when the game score had reached over 3,000. The system showed that the first application for cash out must be filled up with 35 dollars for KYC, Customer service said that after I deposit 35 dollars will be able to withdraw.

When I deposited 35 US dollars, I was told that I could apply for a withdrawal. When I applied, the system showed that the account had been in error, and I must deposit 35 dollars to be settled. I had already filled up with 35 dollars, still didn't pass, and the customer service told me my game account is in error and needs to pay 35 dollars to settle the deposit records. I had already paid over 35 dollars, it was over the amount requested.

The attempt to withdraw was rejected. They only emphasized that the "account error" required $35 to be settled, and technical support required 24 to 48 hours to deal with the relevant issues.

The customer service's attitude was completely discredited and negative. And each time they replied the same: the only way to settle was to pay 35 Dollars and wait for 24 to 48 hours technical support team would repair the system. Every time they just said that two key points, with no positive response at all.

I asked customer service to confirm if refilling $35 again, will the system be 100% successful in verifying and withdrawing cash? Customer service replied that they could not be able to make sure and confirm that the system would settle down the error. The system shows that I have to pay 35 dollars to solve the problem, but it can't guarantee it will be fixed.

Customer Service just repeated the same message and didn't reply to my question clearly, just told me they will try their best to help me settle down the system error and the deposit verification to release withdrawal restrictions.

The only solution is to deposit $35 again with no guarantee that the problem will be solved 100%. And after depositing $35, it would take 24 to 48 hours to get along with the technical support. This is the only solution, but success is not guaranteed

I waited for over 100 hours. Is this a scam to take another deposit?

The basic right of the online casino is to invest in profit-making, but the money that cannot be withdrawn from the customer is definitely an illegal behavior.

I hope AskGamblers considers my situation and gets my case approved successfully so that with your platform, the casino removes restrictions from my withdrawal.

My deposit is not credited into my account and suddenly temporarily suspend my account

I registered with bcgame and I have been trading fine but on May 3rd, 2025 at around 1.20am, I made a deposit of 3million naira which was debited from my bank account but not in my bcgame account, I contacted online support team but to my surprised I was told that the money isn't with them and that it will automatically be sent back to my account after 7 days.

I got to my bank to collect session ID and my bank sent internal memo to bcgame merchant bank(palmpay) and it was confirmed that bcgame merchant actually received the money.

I contacted the support team yesterday (May 15th, 2025) to give them my feed back from my bank and they asked me to do videos of my account and send them my bank statement which I did but to my surprised this morning as I was on the bcgame site, I was logged out and for me to sign in again, I was told my account is temporarily unavailable.

All necessary information are attached to this

I wrote their *recovery* email address sent but not responding.

Please kindly assist me in getting my deposit back and this is giving me depression already

What's great about this casino is that it's probably one of the casinos that has the fastest payouts I've ever seen. You just make a withdrawal, and it's in your account in a second. I think the game settings are also fair. This is not rigged. So that's the positive thing I would like to say about it.

But what I consider negative are the bonuses, I don't know, maybe I don't understand them, it's hard to say, but from my point of view, what do I have? They just don't give me any bonuses at all, I don't get any free spins, I don't get any rewards, nothing at all. Yeah, they have some rock there. They have some racketback there and it's just some money that's locked up, but I just don't understand it and for me it just means that I don't have the money, the bonuses, you understand, so I just I take it that I don't have any bonuses, so it really annoys me here.

Fast deposit and withdrawal, just be careful for multi account either by accident or not because you're account will get banned and your winning will forfeited. By accident I mean is share the same IP address or play at public network.

Their house edge recently is increasing so the win rate you could get is becoming lower and it's happening not only at in house games but also slots providers.

Kind of mixed experiences with BC Game. Has the same range of games as Stake which is good. CS is good and withdrawals are fast. Seem super legit. They have a premiership sponsorship.

Recently noticed they dropped all Pragmatic games which is super weird. No Sugar Rush, Olympus etc. Also the VIP scheme is kind of janky and I don't think it pays as well.
