So what we do is we offer promotions from time to time, to provide a little boost. We are aware that not everyone wishes to have his winnings limited by terms, and for reasons same, we kept bonuses optional. When it comes to withdrawing and reversing, we can assure you that the reversal feature has only recently been made available, that too on popular demand; many of our players do like to reverse bits and pieces of their winnings for a chance to win even bigger. Withdrawal times are super super slow, 36 hours pending time, then 72 hours to process the withdrawal then a further 24 hours to release then funds, then up to 24 hours to hit your e wallet or 2-5 working days to hit your bank, that is the reason I will no longer be using this casino, the 36 hour pending period you can also reverse your withdrawal, that is what they want, No reason for withdrawals to take so long in this day and age.

I deposited £100, withdrew £300 and will 100% be closing my account with them as soon as i have the money.
Beyond slow lead times for withdrawal. They say 36 hours, but it is actually far longer, as they only send to the payment team at 10am m-f, the payment team then take a further 24 hours to 'validate a withdrawal' this means if you request a withdrawal at 9am on a monday, it won't be credited to you until 10am on the thursday. This is a bit of a WOW for me, and is why i'll never use this casino again.

They offer plenty of bonuses which is good except their terms which apply to them such as capped at very small amounts.
This casino takes way too long to pay out. I don't need to know a response of how long it takes as I know how long it takes. I don't like the reversal option which a lot of casinos still have. and the bonus caps are useless. example get 100 pound bonus and if you complete the wagering you can have £25 max. wins only you lose your bonus.
