I love the games they have and you get emails everyday with a new promotion which I play often! If you deposit during the week you get 21 free spins on Saturday and 21 free spins on Sunday.

I've played this site for a long time but about a week and a half ago I got a popup telling me I had to verify my account and offered me 100 free spins for doing it. Usually there's a popup offering 20 free spins for verification but for 100 free spins...sure I'll send in my info.

It says 72hrs max for verification, well I did it Feb 20th and it's Mar 2nd today. I've sent several messages through their site and have not heard back at all, not even a message saying they've received my message. I'm not even trying to withdrawal at the moment just trying to get the 100 free spins that was offered.
Like I said I love the promotions they offer, but the support they offer .....!

The design of the pages, images and layout is very nice. Good collection of games and providers. Deposit went very fast. Would love to play here more but if the transaction and verify process is so slow i don't want to deposit extra because i don't know i get verified eventually.

Verification take ages still pending couple of days. You can register and deposit as much as you want, but withdraw no. They say verification can take up to a week, how hard is it to check a passport and energy bill?
Very slow withdrawals, also read that in other reviews. This is really bad.

The layout of the site is very nice!!
You have video slots what I like to play to.
The money is on your account very fast so the deposit methods are good.

I read comments from months ago. A lot of people complaining about the withdraw pending time from 72h. The casino reply that they are working on it to make it faster! How much time do they need to fix this?
They send me an email when I have to verrified my email adress in the email was written about fast withdraws fast is for me 1 - 2 hours and not up to 72 hours. This is misleading the costumer.
Also the responsible gaming area is bad.
You have much better casino's. This casino is a no go for me.

Only thing I don't like is waiting time on service, and that the chat button is placed on a bad spot covering some games where you need to see screen.
They are also slower on withdrawel then sisterpage

I like All the games. There are A lot of slot machines that I really like. Quick money on your account. Every day you get a message that there is a bonus available.

Client support, they never help you. The only thing you hear is we'll get back with you or I wait for an answer I will send you an email and unfortunately they never do😏. The whitdrawal process is also disappointing I cashed out €1500, 4 days ago and the money is gone and nobody can tell me where is it but i still don’t have it on my bank account. Design of the website 21.com is very good. Every game you can think of is offered to the player. The also offering Live casino options like blackjack, roulette etc. That's the future if you ask me.
Deposit options are good and very fast.
The live support get's a + as well. Sometimes you have to wait for 10+ minutes but they are really helpful and kind.

The live blackjack tables can use an extension in numbers. Now they are offering 5 tables and that causes a lot of waiting time to get a place at the table and only 2 tables are for the low bidders (€10,- per round). I hope this will be more soon.
The withdrawal time is really slow (still waiting from a withdrawal from last week, 07-05) and not one e-mail from support that they need some documents to approve my withdrawal.
After some days I contacted support by myself and then I got the request that I need to upload some documents. That's not how it suppose to go. But that's mine opinion I guess.

I actually liked everything about this site. I have been playing online games for years now and to be honest, I have never ever come close to winning enough to even think about a withdrawal.
However I did win here enough to withdraw $400 dollars and this makes me very happy, especially with what's going on with this Pandemic and there being no work right now. That every extra dollar will help big time.

User interface is great! It's fast and without any lags.
You have soo good choice of games, that is amazing.
Deposit is done within few minutes.
Very rich deposit methods.
And the welcome bonuses were great! And also they are always available bonuses to collect.

Very long waiting time for live support. From 5-30 minutes.
Incredibly long withdraw time. Around 72h.
I have requested my withdrawal over Skrill about 48h ago and still waiting. I did ask live support if they need some ID documents to speed up process, but there wasn't any response needing ID verification.
You must fix those withdraw times!

I got to say I feel kinda played in losing my balance..
I got up to 2000 euro and tried a lot of times to withdraw that balance. Most of them I tried via trustly, that's also the way I deposited and every time the withdraw failed. I've also tried via skrill but also that was declined.
I know its hard to not cancel your withdraw and keep playing, trying to get more money. So what I did was setting a loss limit to 10 euro per month. Somehow that never worked until now when I barely have a balance. Why didn't that work when i was @ 2000 euro. I've also blocked my account for 24 hours so I couldn't cancel my withdraw. Seemed like a good idea to me. When I came back 24 hours later I see my withdraw got cancelled again and my balance was back again. I have had multiple contacts via live chat which all said I would get emailed by the payment team. Never happened as well.
So I got frustrated and started spending the balance. Till the point I got to 270 euro left and decided to at least withdraw that. To my surprise that 270 euro is on my bank account within 24 hours.
I really feel ripped off here..Why didn't that happen when i had 2k balance?

Very extensive selection of games. User friendly site and overall good performance. A lot of promotions with freespins. Always received money not always within 48 hours. I was able to cash out a certain amount without verification. Live chat is available and helpful.

21 was my favourite casino before they implemented a few changes last year and a negative experience with customer support about verification. A fee on certain deposit- and withdrawal methods and increasing the minimum withdrawal limit for example. Verification took about a week and had to deliver the requested documents twice. In the current age this is absolutely not done because the information is privacy invading.

Overall I think it's still a nice casino but due to the above reasons and experience I prefer other sites who are also paying out faster. I would rate this casino 2 stars more a year ago.

The homepage of 21.com Casino loads SO SLOW that I would oftentimes have to open it in another tab. This is very inconvenient for mobile web browser users, so I do not recommend if anyone ever plans to play using their mobiles. Even with VPN enabled and disabled, it still eats a lot of time just for it to load. Flash player is enabled too, cache and cookies deleted in hopes to make the load time faster. I'm glad I did not succumb to their promotions, I've only placed a minimum amount to my wallet to try it out. This review would've gotten nastier had I trusted the site with a big amount of my money... thankfully I didn't. Log in is unbearable, much alone it being possible! Stay away from this site, just waiting for my refund

In 2 weeks of joining I deposited over 60k, they take as much money as you will give them with no restrictions. I finally won some back, a larger sum of money and have 161000 in my account. I want access to my money and do not want to have to cash out 5000 a day or whatever it is and pay 3.00 fees on every transaction. A player like myself who bets $100 a spin and spends what I spend should not be restricted and treated so poorly. If they fix this situation and help me out I will change my review and recommend this casino to any gambler big or small. Allow you to deposit with e transfer, however they don't allow you to wd with it. Only allow you to use bank transfer which often has fees associated with it. As you can see from the fact that I am mentioning cons in the pro section just what I think of this site!

When you request a wd they don't tell you at that point what is needed to process the wd, instead they let it sit in pending for 72 hours, then and only then, do they request additional documents only to have the process restarted! I thought I was going to be proactive and verify my account with the documents they ask for, then after my account is fully verified and my wd being pending for 4 days am I told that they need more info. Why you are not informed what is needed at the time of wd is beyond me (well actually I think we all know)
