I registered on 20bet.com, where I deposited twice, totaling approximately €200. After winning €2,000, I attempted to withdraw my winnings.

During registration, due to a technical error, I was unable to enter all my personal details correctly. As soon as I noticed this (before requesting a withdrawal), I contacted their customer support via chat to update my information. They told me there was no problem and instructed me to upload my documents, which I did. Later, my documents were rejected.

After the rejection, I sent my details again via formal email, including my bank statement, ID card, and a detailed explanation of the situation. Even when initiating the withdrawal, I indicated that I was willing to verify my identity in any required form.

Suddenly, I was blocked from the platform, my entire winnings were frozen, and only one of my two deposits was refunded, which I have not received yet.

They claimed that I failed to verify myself within two weeks, although I never received any notification about such a deadline. Despite this, I was able to deposit, place bets on sports events, and play casino games.

It is unacceptable, outrageous, and extremely frustrating that I am receiving nothing from my winnings, and they only intend to refund part of my deposits as compensation.

I need my money!

I have already been in contact with support team via email, and I was informed that this deposit does not belong to you. However, when I attempt to use the same UTR on your website's deposit method, it clearly states that the UTR has already been used. This directly contradicts the information I was given and indicates that the transaction is, in fact, associated with your platform.

I have attached a screenshot of the successful payment from my bank account, which confirms the amount was debited and no reversal has occurred. I am also prepared to share my bank statement as proof in need and i am submitting video evidence too that utr has already been with website before but denying

I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and provide a clear explanation for why the UTR is showing as "already used" on your system, even though the deposit has not been credited to my account. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and a full credit of the 200,000 INR to my account.

So I used 20bet when I tried to withdraw from my account, it gets declined everytime. I have spoken with live support they keep on saying your documents are complete, try withdrawing again and again. I literally have uploaded everything. I have been talking with them for the past 10 hours and they keep on repeating the same things. They did not send me the money, which is 44000 pkr Please help me. I have never gone through these things and complications like what they did to me here. I have been using many sites but this has never happened feels like they are doing it on purpose I'm not sure, tho but I literally tried everything and this is my last resort. I have a problem with 20bet casino.
Namely, I registered as a new user and accepted a 100 euro bonus for a 100 euro deposit.
When I did that, I first had to spend my deposit so I could play with the bonus (it didn't appear anywhere in my account)
I lost my 100 euros on various bets and now it was time to play with the bonus money.
Whatever bet I placed, football, basketball or tennis, I couldn't place a bet larger than a few cents.
I sent various inquiries but they kept saying that they had the right to limit bets so I could try another bet. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to bet with that bonus.
So my advice is that you don't take any bonus from 20bet.
And now I don't know for what reason, one morning I just got an email saying that my account was closed?!?!?!
I ask them for an explanation, and until now I did not receive any response from them...

20bet Casino - Closed my account and took all of my money without any explanation

I was betting at 20bet casino last 2 months, and there was really no problems.
First there was something about verfication, they asked like too many things to verificate myself - but I sent them all and this was ok.
Even I was succesfully whitdraw about 170 euro on january the 14th.

After that I made several deposits - total around 484 euros (one was 170 euros and the other was 314 euros) - you can check all of it in my screenshots.

In this few days I won about 1600-1700 euros. My tickets were normally classified as won.

I normally put bets after that and suddenly one morning (16.1.2025) I received email that my account was closed and all winning were substracted by the decision of the casino.

They took my winnings and my deposit.

How can this be legal???

They did not give me any explanation, just telling me that decission is final and it is not negotiable.

Hello guys. Some days ago I deposited around 650 euro on this Casino. I luckily won around 1550 Euro at live roulette and since then I have been trying to get them out. Everytime my request gets declined for various reasons. I uploaded every document that they asked for and they lied to me everytime saying ‘ bank refused transaction ‘. I contacted the bank and there is no problem. Chat Support is telling me to use other methods but none of them works. If I select crypto won't work because this was not the method that I used to deposit. Ultimately using bank transfer, I received an email that the request was accepted but in reality, on the 20bet account the money was sent back and under transaction history was saying that the last request was declined. I don't know what to do anymore. They keep lying to me and avoiding paying what I deserve. Please help me :)

This casino is so bad in so far as those playing in my country. So those playing from the Philippines especially using BPI bank transfer, don't play on this casino. They ask for documents that BPI will not be able to provide.

Customer service chat and email are also bad. It's like talking to robots. They just repeat the previous issues, replies are not responsive. They don't tell you specifically what is the problem with your document. After explaining that your bank can't produce it, they just repeat the previous requirement. It's a never-ending cycle. You'll just have a headache.

Alot of providers and games, I didn't run into many problems, other than some games do not load and one or two providers are very laggy, this could be from my end but then I don't know why it would only affect a couple of providers

It is not easy to take a cool-off/exclude period from the site it took over a week with emails back and forth and when i finally got it through they said that if I want to change my mind and come back earlier I should just let them know and they would give me a bonus

They offer you a chance to change your mind and tempt you with a bonus to do so. To me this is the worst of the worst and they should not be allowed to operate.

Needless to say I will not be returning to this casino and I would not recommend people to join them
