I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a missing deposit of 200,000 INR made on Transaction Successful

I have already been in contact with support team via email, and I was informed that this deposit does not belong to you. However, when I attempt to use the same UTR on your website's deposit method, it clearly states that the UTR has already been used. This directly contradicts the information I was given and indicates that the transaction is, in fact, associated with your platform.
I have attached a screenshot of the successful payment from my bank account, which confirms the amount was debited and no reversal has occurred. I am also prepared to share my bank statement as proof in need and i am submitting video evidence too that utr has already been with website before but denying
I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and provide a clear explanation for why the UTR is showing as "already used" on your system, even though the deposit has not been credited to my account. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and a full credit of the 200,000 INR to my account.
