I made a withdrawal of 15000INR on 6 April 2026 through Fast withdrawal UPI. It's been 5 days no update since then money has not been seen in my bank account. I am following up their chat and email, no proper update has been made since the day I withdrew. I have sent bank statement till date that clear shows the amount is not yet credited to my bank account casino says it is processed from our end bank takes time to deal with withdrawals 24 to 48 hrs is fine. I agree, but it's way too long.
