10000 INR Deposit not credited into gaming account

I'm a Diamond  1XBET user and been actively using this platform for over 4 years pretty much every day,and it's the 3rd time this type of issue has happened to me

On 12 March 2026, I made a UPI transaction of 10000 INR successfully. The amount was debited from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account and the bank has confirmed that the transaction was completed successfully.

However, after the payment, the deposit didn't appear into my 1Xbet gaming account so i contacted the the customer support and they asked me screenshot shots of the transaction which i  provided to them and they raised me a payment query ticket.

I contacted the customer support through call and text multiple times to which they say the same things repeatedly "you will receive a response within 1-3 days " but it's now over 4 days and i haven't received any response of my payment query

I request one of the following at the earliest:

Credit the deposited amount of ₹10,000 to my 1xBet account, or

Process a refund back to my bank account if the deposit cannot be completed.

All required proofs have already been shared from my side. I would appreciate a clear update and resolution on this matter.

If this issue doesn't get's resolved then I'll leave this casino indefinitely

Delayed deposit from January
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a deposit of INR 5,000 that I made to my account but have still not received in my balance. The transaction was made through Paytm on 30 January 2026 at 19:50, and despite the payment being processed from my side, the funds have not been credited to my account.

After noticing that the deposit had not been credited, I raised a payment query (Query No. 12530949) on 31 January 2026 at 10:08. Unfortunately, the query was marked as closed without resolving the issue, and the funds are still missing from my account. I have already created two payment queries, but neither of them has helped resolve the problem or provided a proper explanation.

I have also attached the payment proof in the query section as requested. Despite submitting all the necessary details and documentation, the matter remains unresolved. This situation is extremely frustrating as the amount has already been deducted from my payment account but has not been credited to my gaming account.

I kindly request your support team to investigate this transaction immediately, verify the payment using the provided transfer number and payment details, and credit the INR 5,000 to my account as soon as possible. If the payment cannot be credited, I request that the amount be refunded back to my original payment method.

Please treat this issue as urgent and provide a proper resolution at the earliest.

On 9 in April 2024, I attempted to deposit $100 into my 1xbet account using my debit card. The transaction showed as "Failed" on the 1xbet platform, but the money was successfully debited from my bank account. My bank has confirmed that the payment was processed successfully on their end and the funds were transferred to 1xbet or their payment processor.

I have contacted 1xbet customer support multiple times over the past several months through live chat and email. Each time I provided my bank statement showing the $100 debit, transaction reference number, and screenshots proving the deposit failed on their platform. However, the support team consistently sends automated responses asking for "bank transfer receipt" even though I repeatedly explained that I paid by debit card, not bank transfer. They ignore the evidence I provide and continue sending irrelevant automated messages.

I am simply requesting that either the $100 be credited to my 1xbet account or refunded to my bank account. I am not seeking any compensation beyond recovering my own money. I have provided all necessary documentation including official bank statements, transaction references, and screenshots from both my bank and 1xbet account. This is my first dispute with 1xbet after using their service without issues previously. I hope AskGamblers can help mediate this situation as direct communication with 1xbet has been completely unhelpful.
