Golden Crown Casino Close Account After Deposit

I became aware of the casino through your site.

I registered today 1.05.20225 and deposited $100 via Cashlib. Seconds later, my account was deactivated. I contacted support, who told me my account had been deactivated due to gambling addiction.

I tried to explain that I had just registered and deposited $100, and then my account was deactivated.

Why didn't they do this immediately upon registration instead of after the deposit?

Support said they forwarded it, but I don't trust the casino anymore.

Casino support always sends the same excuse: I should send a deposit proof with the date, name, time, and full name. Even though I've mentioned several times that I deposited via Cashlib voucher, and the date, name, time, and full name aren't there. If you want, you can check it through my blocked account, but they're just looking for an excuse not to return my deposit. First, they let me register and deposit, and then my Account immediately blocked

For days the casino has been writing that my case has been forwarded to the responsible department. Today is May 7, 2025. However, the deposit was made on May 1, 2025.

Wait over 2 days to get back my money

I write this complain because I find this not very professional from the casino.

I made the 8th March a deposit of 20€ with my Neteller account. But the 20€ were "on pending" in my casino account. After 24h I send them a mail to get back my 20€ into my neteller account. Meanwhile I wrote them 5 times and sent them a lot of screenshots that the amount was debited from my Neteller account (see screenshot). I received always the same answer: I have to wait , they will come back to me soon. Withdrawal rejected and now says wrong currency type

Hi, I have deposited over $1000 to this site without a glitch, All in NZD currency as per my sign up procedure, I then won $2000 dollars and selected the withdrawal via bank transfer as I have done with other casino's. My account is verified.

It has now been rejected and will not allow me to deposit or withdrawal as it says You do not have available payment systems for this currency.

I have screen shots of the withdrawal before and after, I also have screen shots from the VIP manager saying my account is verified.

Even after I made multiple deposits and I could select multiple options to withdrawal but now they are gone.

This seems suspicious as it allowed me to sign up with NZD and deposit with NZD and there were options to withdrawal via card, bitcoin, skrill etc but now they have all gone.

Would really like to get this money.

VIP program is good with instant contact and feedback from managers. Some new bonuses are good. Games are updated regularly, and bonuses are good and easy to enable. Payouts could be faster especially the crypto.

Withdrawal is a big slower than other but it always arrives. The casino was a bit out dated and the bonuses were always the same game. It has now been updated and a fresh new look with new bonuses. Unfortunately, one of the bonuses I liked has been removed and the monthly no deposit free spins is not working anymore

Site is vibrant and inviting. I haven't played here for a bit but when I did, I enjoyed playing. Good selection of games, deposits were instant and there was a fair amount of bonuses available. Payment options were typical and so were the minimum deposit amounts. Never got a chance for a withdrawal so unsure how this casino is on that front. Liked that chat support is available and the agents are friendly and want to assist.

Site lagged often and I find they send too many emails but other than not being able to cash anything out it's generally been a great experience. Going to give it another try again as I totally forgot it existed. Hope to cash something out this time!

What i really like about golden crown casino is that they pay out when you win, even though I exceeded the maximum bet, golden crown casino still paid me they are truly the best by far. In my option that is the must important thing, they are very fair casino site, the site is also very easy to navigate, not like other casino sites, I also like that you can win jackpots playing anything like pokies, roulette... ect..
